My stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s beautiful riverside location, luxurious rooms, outstanding dining, and impeccable service made for a truly memorable experience. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Kay and Ms. Yu at the front desk, who were professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend The Peninsula Bangkok to anyone looking for a first-class experience, and I look forward to returning.

Our stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly refined and memorable experience in the city. From the very beginning, the service stood out. The airport transfer and arrival process were handled with remarkable professionalism, yet always with a warmth and ease that immediately made us feel welcome. The check-in was seamless, and throughout our stay, every interaction felt thoughtful and genuinely attentive. Our room offered a stunning view over the Chao Phraya River, directly facing the Mandarin Oriental. Watching the river life unfold from above was a highlight in itself. We also greatly enjoyed the charming shuttle boats connecting both sides—an elegant and practical touch that added to the overall experience. We made full use of the hotel’s facilities and were consistently impressed. The concierge team, in particular, did an outstanding job. They arranged a wonderful temple tour for us, which we can highly recommend. Following their suggestion, we spent the next afternoon at the Mandarin Oriental for tea in the Authors’ Lounge and later visited the Bamboo Bar—both truly memorable experiences. What stood out most, however, was the farewell. A special thank you goes to Mo, who accompanied us during our departure. The level of care and attention we received throughout the entire airport process was extraordinary. From check-in to security, everything was handled with such precision and kindness that we felt more like first-class guests, despite travelling in business class. We have never experienced this level of service at any other hotel.

Wonderful property, high level of comfort, very clean So many little attention from the hotel team that has made our stay wonderful (we were celebrating our anniversary). Amazing. Thank you ! Nothing

Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are outstanding - pleasant, courteous and they can't do enough for you. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning in a couple of years.

This is maybe the 5th or 6th time staying at the Peninsula in Bangkok. The price has increased dramatically over the last few years and is now just as expensive as the Mandarin Oriental. I was shocked, and doubt we will stay there again.

You'll feel like you've died and gone to heaven staying here. It's that good. You're surrounded by beautiful architecture, stylish furniture and tasteful objects. Every room has a river view and the hotel's tiny ferries will take you across the river to the overhead rail station or along the river for nearby shopping and sight seeing. The breakfast is one of the best in S-E Asia - a veritable feast of freshly prepared food from mango or strawberry yoghourt to eggs benedict, etc. etc. You can fly in by helicopter or, if you're like me, leave in a well priced local taxi booked through the desk. There's even the offer of a twice weekly free tour of a klong led by a local archaeologist - book quickly. Enjoy. I thought a more expansive list of things to do near the hotel could be developed. For example, a long boat visit to Bang Luang Canal [not just the twice weekly tour]; a walk around Talat Noi and past the Holy Rosary Church and the handsome Siam Commercial Bank by the river. Or a relaxing trip along the river in a regular public ferry
