Location. Clean. Friendly staff. Coffee shop and convenience stores nearby. Gym is good. Nice pool. Smart TV in the room. Spacious room.

The staff and the location The rooms has terrible views outside, we couldn't even open the windows. Very noisy from the street, noisy from the ac. Wouldn't come back.

I know there are plenty of places in the mid city Bangkok area, but I always end up picking this place. The convenience of the local market and the BTS is perfect. Love their breakfast:) My only qualm is the street side is really loud.

There was a lot of traffic noise. Maybe too close to sukumvit and not a balcony room next time.

I kept forgetting there is the loud side of the hotel. Please request the quiet side if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, exceptional customer service and staffing. Some remembered me from the last few times I had stayed over the several years. Like I said, the “loud side” is not my cup of tea.

Staff was overly eager to clean the room despite the do not disturb sign. My friend is facing a fine for causing menstrual stains in the bedsheets. The room was extremely noisy due to the street, so wearing the provided earplugs is essentially required; rooms on the side facing away from the street might be quiter.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The bathroom in my room had black mildew and mildew stains all over the shower. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, couldn't do makeup in the bathroom. My room view was the back of a other rundown, dilapidated building.

The staff was great. The property's check-in and front desk staff is second to none. A lot of noise from Sukhumvit all hours of the day. The odor in the bathroom was oppressive at times, I believe it came from the water.

A wonderful hotel! Staff is super friendly and doing their best so we feel comfortable! Clean. Its has not a bad gym, which we used every day. Swimming pool with a beautiful view!. Nice breakfast and coffee shop. Location is good! Housekeeping is on a very high level! Wow! Room is so clean and tidy! Highly recommend this place for everyone! You won't regret!

The location was not that great. We had to take a taxi or the train for at least 30 minutes to get near the center.

need to make signs clearer for taxi drivers. almost every driver turns into wrong lot. maybe get with Google maps to sort it out.

Everything Wifi signal is strong but does not work at all in the room, at least for room 604. Water pressure is not as strong as it should be

The service by the staff was unmatched, the cleanliness, the convenience, the breakfast buffet The only thing is the shower wasn’t as hot but it wasn’t an issue because bangkok is so hot
