Honestly, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. When I first arrived in Thailand, I stayed at another hotel and unfortunately my experience there was not the best, so I spent a long time researching before deciding to move here. Because of that first experience, I was honestly a bit nervous and scared to be disappointed again, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Everything was extremely clean, the breakfast was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and overall the experience was amazing. I truly felt safe and comfortable staying here during my trip. If I had to mention one small negative point, it would only be that my room didn’t have a closet/wardrobe, which would have been helpful for a longer stay. But besides that, everything was excellent and I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, 10 mins walking to BTS station, bars, restaurants and stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room spotless and comfortable. The view of the room was a construction site and no access to balcony.

Staff was friendly and location was walkable , hotel stored our luggage at no cost while we explored other parts of Thailand The apartment or room with kitchen is super small and kitchen not well supplied (couldn’t use it) - better to get regular room which was almost same size , view from our room was poor (few feet across from building under construction)

Superb staff throughout, front desk, couriers, housekeeping, restaurant, parking. Fantastic location within 10 minute walk to EmSphere, Terminal 21, EmQuartier and BTS. Smaller hotel, but with everything. Rooftop pool, exercise room, excellent buffet breakfast. Great value! Nothing

The location is really good, a trendy little neighborhood with a nice little bakery right across the street, not right on Sukhumvit but there is always a lot of traffic in front of this hotel, seemed nonstop. Didn't hear any of it on the 4th floor. However, you might hear your neighbors. The rooms are small and there are a lof of them on each floor. Gets quiet by 11:00 PM though. Nice bed, nice bath. I liked the pool, not a lot of loungers but it was not too crowded. Small fitness center. I liked pretty much eveything, the hotel was somewhat like a cube farm, lots of small rooms, and my one complaint would be the breakfast. It was inexpensive, so I'm not complaining much, but the eggs, ham, and hash browns were all cold when I put them on my plate. For the price I did not expect much, so no big deal.
