Location The room was very old and in a very bad condition. The staffs couldn't communicate, not in Thai or even in fluent English. I reserved 2 nights. The air con didn't work all night long even after calling staff to fix it at 3 am, disrupted my sleep. It was hot all night even though I turned the temperature to 16 degree. The bathroom had some leak that the two towels placing on the shelf got all wet and I needed to change the room because I couldn't stay anymore with all those frustrated things happened. Wifi didn't work either. The most terrible two nights I have ever had in a hotel calling itself a UHG hotel.

Very nice place and location.

The location is amazing! And at the same time, peaceful. It’s a hidden jam inside the Silom area. However, there are only a few rooms that I like with in the entire place. If you are looking for an affordable solution within Bangkok with a great area, great value for money, clean and great staff this is the place to go. However, since it is Bangkok, I would try and increase the budget and go to a place with a roof top that will hit you and your memories hard :) in a good way, which is what I did after 2 days. all and all, it’s really ok. No complaints. Really nice staff. Great gym. The rooms are quite dark. There is one room that is worth it truly - the magical big sweet with the big balcony but it’s hard to book it as it used to be a room For upgrades and only now available somewhat for booking. I highly recommend trying though. It’s an incredible room. The rest of the hotel is a bit dark.

Rooms a little small

Shortly after moving, I experienced a serious issue with my room key card. Reception eventually confirmed that the card I had was actually assigned to another room. Despite reporting this issue immediately and requesting that previous key cards be blocked, I later had strong reasons to believe that my room had been accessed while I was absent. The most concerning part was not only the loss itself, but the apparent failure of room access security and the lack of a clear explanation regarding the swapped key card. Because of this situation, I no longer felt safe and requested another room change. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its security and access control procedures for the safety of future guests

It’s really good location, staff pretty friendly and kind, on my check out I forgot my camera on the room! And they gave it back to me later, they are really honest and buffet was delicious, too many options to see,

Really clean rooms and fabulous amenities. I loved the night life and a lot of bar. Next to the hotel have great pizza and bar name 90Grams. The bed , air-conditioning is very good and comfortable. Housekeeping excellent. Breakfast was phenomenal, lots of choice and great quality, fresh fruit. Staff all very nice too. Highly recommended. No, everything was perfect

Location and staff No free haircuts

Great staff, excellent facilities. The buffet and breakfast selection is great, at the hotle restaurant when we have breakfast it's was excellent with a very wide variety of Food and Beverages. Everything was fresh and well presented. The activities are also a great bonus, got a great workout thanks to the gym training offered. wifi internet is staable and more easy to walk to the night life. Nope

Great staff , the room is very perfect and fucional , fantastic breakfast, especialy local thai food and fresh fruit. Very Very good test for Tom-yam goong at the morning breakfast. The holel is good location just 7 minutes walk to BTS . will we come back? 100 % sure ✔️ MANY Thanks to the lovely staff - you guys are doing an awesome job
