The room had a bad smell(sewage) from bathroom it looked like came from nearest Canal. The bad smell.

They have connecting rooms, i booked 2 king rooms and 1 twin room (2 of the rooms have bathup), the room is spacious and not dark. The best part is they have terrace near the lobby so we can sit around while waiting for car. They also have scale to weight our luggages but you need to insert 10baht coin/ bag (if you dont have 10baht coin, you can change it at reception). They also provide minibar, glasses, water, hairdy, and water kettle in the room. The 7-11 is also really near maybe around 1-2mnts walking, the BTS Ratchataewi station is only 7-10mnts walking, the hotel also near to the pratunam market but still in the quiet area so it is really worth it! -

The staff was good & helpful. The location of this hotel is not far from Ratchathewi BTS station. It is also walkable from Siam Paragon. The beds were comfy in a spacious room. Wifi was good but a little slow sometimes. Nothing.

Everything was OK, but there was a water leaking out of the shower and could not be stopped even with the curtain, so we had water in the bathroom all the time

the room was spacious. good location too. the toilet/shower area could use a bit of a refresh. there is a slight sewer smell if you leave the toilet seat cover open. it disappeared after continued use, possibly from the continuous flushing per use and smell of toiletries. they also ask you to deposit 1k baht in cash which hopefully there is an option to do so by card because if i can only get it back upon checkout and i am leaving thailand, what do i need the 1k baht for?

I like that it is close to 7 11, shopping centers and more. The outside looks like it wasn't a hotel for me. I was a bit choked when i arrived but it was ok for the value. Pictures on the website look really nice with views but from my room i couldn't see anything. And the sound of reconstruction were so loud from the early morning which annoyed me the most and couldn't sleep long at all. The TV was from early 2000s, you know the big fat one and the shower section was also abit uncomfortable but ok. The aircondition was also too loud.

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable to stay in, great location close to malls, markets and central for traveling across city for more sightseeing too. Very quiet, no outside noise or from other rooms which was great. Is a little out dated, no other issues at all :)
