During the stay, the staff did not enter the room to remove trash.

It was clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Value for money! It was quite far from the city center.

Decent sized rooms that are cleaned pretty well. Bottled water delivered everyday. Coin operated laundry machine in foyer was super convenient. Supermarket and train station in short walking distance. Some reception staff are dismissive. Took forever to checkout - there were 3 groups of us trying to checkout and a delivery person, a staff member walked in, glared at us, then went straight to the delivery person and grabbed their food while continuing to ignore us. Eventually took two of our keycards then left without saying a word. Took another staff member to properly help everyone checkout. Almost missed my booked taxi to the airport. If you're taking a taxi, be sure to check where they're going, they tend to under or overshoot the street of the hotel.

The hotel is close to hospital and it is clean and in a decent condition They do not provide any plates or silverware and when we asked to borrow ( we have to stayed there for a while after my surgery) they said no because it has something to do with their religion belief so they sold us paper plates. Most of their stuff are none English speaking so it was hard for my partner to communicate with them.
