* The welcome and check-in experience were excellent. * A special thanks to Jing Jing at the reception, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. * The breakfast and food were absolutely outstanding. * All staff members were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. * The massage experience was wonderful and very relaxing. * The hotel’s location is fantastic. * The rooms were beautifully designed and decorated. * The tour arranged by the hotel was exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip. * We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. * The only minor downside was that the massage prices were a bit higher than expected. * Other than that, everything was perfect. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

During check-in, we have waited a bit too long and had to ask the check-in counter what we were waiting for and finally, found that they tried to arrange more spectacular room for us. In addition, welcome drink was come quite late.

Everything! Some staff at the club house seem inexperience in service. I recieved a note of apology.

The quality of the food at the Lilly's restaurant was average at best. No roof top bar. The location is ok but not great if you want to go to Sukhuvit area, taxis need a lot of time because of traffic.

Also I personally am not a fan of heated toilet seats, especially when its 30 degrees outside.
