The hotel was luxurious and comfortable, in an excellent location directly opposite a shopping mall: One Bangkok, close to M station. A delicious and generous breakfast offering a wide variety of options.

The location by the park The first morning of my stay I went to lumpini park and was walking in the grass and got muck caked on my shoe. I came back to my room, walked in the bathroom and noticed it when I stepped on a bath towel (bath towel was on the floor to walk on so I wouldn’t slip on the glazed tile). I used the towel to wipe off the muck, shook the towel out and did notice a dirt stain. I left it for the cleaner who came and took it when she changed the towels out. And then at approximately 6pm I got a letter slid under my door with a notice on it that said that I was going to be billed for the towel cleaning because it was going to need special detergent with a picture of the stain. This cleaning would be billed to my card … ??? Never heard of this. Charging for a light dirt stain removal on a bath towel??? My reflexions on the room - I stayed on the 17th floor and when I walked in it smelled musty. The wall paper throughout the hotel is marked up and needs to be changed out everywhere including my room. The bathroom has glazed tile for flooring and is literally a slip hazard. I caught myself on few occasions from falling - that’s why I put bath towels on the floor. On the 17th floor you can hear every siren, motorcycle and big truck - I’m a light sleeper and was woken up by street noise. I paid for the breakfast for my stay and the food is truly bland. Did not enjoy it at all (I typically don’t have to use a butter knife to cut waffles in other restaurants that I eat in). The only saving grace was Ani the concierge who patiently answered my questions and helped get my laundry done. He set it up with the cleaner and went above and beyond. Ani needs a raise. Other than that, when a traveler requests extra bath towels at the front desk they should be provided - they never were. I guess the AETAS Lumpini is very protective of them. Not a good stay.

Very comfortable rooms near the MRT station. Right across from One Bangkok mall. It’s a little dated, but still wonderful.

I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately the whole hotel was sold out, that tells me how good it was for the value ??

The hotel has a perfect location. 2 minutes away is the blue metro line. Across the street there is a shopping mall with a lot of eating options and coffee. Also Lumpini park is close and its a good place for a walk. There you can see the monitor lizzards. They dont bite. The breakfast is good. Room was cleaned daily and minibar was refilled with every cleaning. The bed is also big and comfortable. So we are very happy with our stay.

This is our third stay at AETAS Lumpini. The location is great, near the park. We've found a number of restaurants we really enjoy in the neighborhood, and having a nearby convenience store is useful. The breakfast and the pool were, as usual, fabulous. N/A

The location, near the Subway, Lumphini park and shopping centers. The size of the room, amenities and bedding quality. The staff was very nice and helpful The bar closes at 10 PM and there are not many options to have a beer after that nearby. Although 7eleven is only 3 mins away so you can buy your drinks there and sit at the pool (please be aware that selling alcohol is allowed only till midnight!)

This very well-located hotel, close to the metro, offers easy access to all of Bangkok's attractions. High standards at an affordable price.
