Location was okay. Breakfast was fine. The night hotel staffs at the reception was extremely unpleasant. The assigned wrong room. No staff was there to manage the laguage and we had to carry our laguage and then locate our room ourselves. We requested appropriate room, but were denied initially with very rude behaviour. The staff were more concerned with chit chatting, mobile scralling and eating food than addressing the customer issues.

The location is good. Enough parking space. The room, and especially the bathroom, is pretty run-down. Mould on the grout between the tiles, the towels have broken and are grey. The shower head is partly blocked

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel , the room was clean and adequate size . The location was great close to a major shopping centre Bangkok One. The TV didn't work only fuzzy channels

Close to One Bangkok Mall The towels were old and dirty white already. They have to change it. The restroom doesn’t have a bidet. The staffs don’t know how to help or never assist the guests on their luggages.

This slightly old-fashioned hotel is a great value and feels much more cozy than nearby chain hotels. Special thanks: I confused my booking (twice!) and Abby and Mark sorted me out so graciously. Such kindness! The weight room is in a great space -- it just needs more equipment. Even a few more free weights would be great.

Amazing staff, very helpful, polite and professional. Close to 7 eleven, Bangkok one for all your shopping needs and restaurants, laundry and smoking cafes around the corner. Pool on the rooftop, lovely. Everything was great for us!!!

it smelt really bad, the room always felt damp, the shower was always freezing, the toilet leaked, the bed was lumpy, and the ac was loud

Excellent location- 5 minutes to Lumphini MTR station, near a large mall with lots of restaurants, 7-11 in the corner. Large room with good but noisy air con. Good housekeeping- very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast (cheaper to pay at hotel than pay when reserving room). Nice roof top pool. Very helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again. It didn’t bother me very much but the air con is noisy.

Hotel room was good, Nice swimming pool as well. Location is good , 10 minutes walking distance to MRT Blue line station and Lumpini park. Easy to go any direction if someone uses Metro lines all over the Bangkok. One Bangkok shopping mall is well connected also from Metro station. Silom area also at 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Staff was well coming at the time of check in. Even I requested the lady at front desk to change my room and she assigned me another room for my next day stay but I refused to the request because I was so so so so much tired .Definite I would like to stay next time also.
