Annex Lumpini Bangkok

The room was solid and met expectations. The bed was comfortable, and for this price range, I initially expected only basic facilities. However, the amenities were better than expected: a refrigerator, unlimited drinking water, tea, coffee, and snacks were provided. Check-in was efficient, and parking was available as well. Overall, a practical and worthwhile stay. Flawless. No complaints at all.

It’s hard to find accommodation at this price point in Bangkok. I had an event at QSNCC, so I needed a place near the main road for easy transportation. At first, I was unsure because some reviews made me hesitate, but the price convinced me to try it. In the end, it was better than expected. The facilities covered what I needed, with cleaning service and a washing machine available. Overall, a practical and worthwhile stay. Nothing

Good value for the price. The location is honestly the main win here — super convenient for going to concerts at Queen Sirikit Center or hanging out at One Bangkok. And since Lumphini Park is kind of trending right now, this area feels like a low-key golden spot. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and the room was nice overall. Love it!

this building don't have elevator

The location was good The establishment is old and run down. Sheets had holes. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures the bathroom is actually a WC (shower head is behind the bathroom door and everything gets wet. I’m a small person and I had to sit sideways on the toilet because the basin is in the way. The fridge was so ridiculously loud that I had to unplug it every night. At night you can hear when others flush the toilet. And it’s LOUD!! Staff are not very friendly. They all look bored out of their minds. Overall very disappointing stay.

Very convenient location and good value for money Basic but had everything we needed

There was a leakage in our room. Someone came to look at it and told us someone else would come next morning. No one came. At least communicate something appropriately , or offer us another room if it couldn’t be fixed right away. Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable though. Rating would be higher if it weren’t for the problem above. Just a communication and service issue.

Good place near to shopping malls, Lumphini park, One Bangkok Mall just 8 min walk, access to public transport, affordable restaurants around, good size room but the bathroom was too small and It needs some cosmetic changes and it also has a decent Gym.

Good location, 10 min walk to metro, great cheap way to get around the city. The room was basic but clean can’t complain for the price. The gym wasn’t too bad either. Arrived at 7am after a night bus and they gave us our room because it was available so that was really nice.

There was a huge very comfortable bed. The room had plenty of space. Jay on reception was fantastic. Attentive, kind and funny. His female colleague less so. There was free coffee available in reception and washing machines available for guests to use. The shower wasn't separate which was a problem as the floor remained wet for most of the morning, until it was cleaned.

Cozy nice accomodation for two people. Bathroom and bedroom, big room for clothes and big fridge. Sometimes black mold on walls, but its nearly everywhere in bangkok because of humidity. Im asthmatic and it was ok.

Uncomfortable bed, door to outside space had broken lock, so I had to change hotels and shorten my reservation. Bad lighting. No lift. Close to Lumpini park, but no restaurant or 7-11 nearby.

The bed sheets were clean. The shower works. I will try and add photos. 1 A worn whole in the sheets. 2 I checked under the bed sheets, other peoples hair. (But better than any hotel I have checked in Amsterdam). 3 Just after specifically searching for a double bed room, the property messaged me, that they consider a double bed to be a special request subject to availability.. I will try and add a screenshot of that message. (I did we did get a double bed. 4 see photo of shower. I have also included a photo of the view from the balcony.
