Really enjoyed my stay at The Standard Bangkok. The hotel has a cool vibe with beautiful interiors and a fun design. The Twin Room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for two people. The service wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was still excellent. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths, right across from the BTS station, in a quieter area with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby, while still being close to all the main attractions. I’d definitely stay here again while in Bangkok.

Property was located next to the BTS station connected via the mall opposite. Making travel all over Krung Thep easy. Main entrance is not connected with shelter and front desk is located on the upper level, which means guest have to change twice to return to their room. Overall experience was marred by concierge team damaging the luggage, the duty manager took awhile to review and mentioned nothing can be done because cctv footage in the storage room is managed by a different system (his word). Because it was a long day, couldn’t be bothered by the explanation and nonchalant attitude. Will I return? That depends

The only disappointment - the staff and the prosidure of check in - we felt like we are robbers, it took more than 20 minutes to get the keys because they were worried about the deposit, we had only Apple Pay and they wanted physical card (we weren’t told about it there wasn’t such a problem in other good hotels, including Thailand), they didn’t succeed to take deposit with Apple Pay and after that they told to wait 10 minutes more till they REMOVE all the minibar, we were very disappointed with this issue and fake smiles, the same atmosphere we felt when asked to leave the luggage, they did it, but behaviour wasn’t accceptable, like what do you want from us. In the restaurant during the breakfast was issue with salmon, we asked to bring cause it finished, they did it in the end, but it was so unpleasant. Would not stay again.

Excellent hotel, well located in an iconic building in Bangkok. I would definitely recommend. Pool and gym are excellent as well as all the team. Breakfast is exceptional.

Breakfast was amazing! So many choices! Location was great right off the BTS. Room was super nice and loved the gym. Views from the hotel room were incredible! Only downsides was the pool was quite cold and the whirlpool was as cold as the pool!

The Standard is an amazing hotel, with sleek, elegant interiors, wonderful rooms with great "urban" views, many facilities, and a central location. The wonderful staff promptly and patiently helped with every request! The famous Thai hospitality coupled with the standards of the Standard made our stay unforgettable!

The rooms were so comfortable and well designed. Great common spaces and restaurants. View from room was amazing. Staff were great, particularly our bartender in Mott 32 (didn't get his name) and hotel employee who helped us with our luggage at checkout.

A smart and efficient hotel with super friendly, welcoming staff. Breakfast is excellent, with top-quality options of both Western and Asian dishes. The vibe is warm and cozy, yet the place is impressively high-tech. Love it.

Information card was really confusing and information about breakfast was inaccurate. Staff didn't seem willing to admit error in misinformation on hotel room card.

Everything except automatic parking system. This is my second stay. This is our anniversary and the standard did it very well. We celebrated here for a few years at Ojo restaurant and rooftop bar. This year is quite special for us so we decided to stay a night here. The bed was perfect soft. Breakfast was wonderful. Facilities were great. Although I had a very nice experience with the accommodation and facilities, I was so upset and frustrated about the automatic parking system. It made me recall the bad memories from my first stay here in August 2022. During that visit, the automatic parking system failed one night, and I had to wait for my car for more than 40 minutes. It was a total mess back then, but I was able to forgive it since the hotel had just recently opened. I even had to postpone my anniversary dinner that night. Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough to experience this a second time. After checking out, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. If I hadn’t told the staff that my car hadn’t arrived yet, I think it would have taken a whole day. I had a flight to catch and didn’t make it in time. I had to book a new flight at the last minute, which was very expensive.
