Comfortable, quiet, spacious, nice bathtub, swimming pool They don’t have self service laundry machines and the laundry service close early (5 or 6 pm) The restaurant in the hotel says it close at 10pm but when I got there around 8:50pm, they were not thrilled about that because I felt they wanted to get off work early. I ordered my food but had to rush as they were gradually turning off lights around 9:20. I mean if you don’t want to open till 10pm just change the signage. it really doesn’t feel good being rushed when everywhere says it opens till 10pm so it’s really confusing and frustrating.

Very modern rooms, many facilities (even though I didn’t use any of them), found a great room at a gold price Far from the city center. This seems like more a business area with many visitors seeming like they were there for a convention

Breakfast was just ok, however this was advertised as an international hotel and the only food for non a thai person was cereals for breakfast and a beefburger for dinner. Limited international food as above

Rooms are very clean. Everyday cleaning service was excellent. Bed mattresses are more like international type, comfortable and not too hard. The people working there are professional and pleasant. I would appreciate smart TV , so I can login with my Netflix or HBO profile.

We liked that the hotel was about a 10-minute drive from Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok. We booked two rooms across from one another, one for the adults and one for our two older boys, which the hotel was able to accommodate. The room sizes were huge! The furniture and decor were fairly modern and felt very clean. As to be expected, the hotel was in a busier part of town since it was near the airport. This meant some noise, but it didn't bother us enough that we couldn't sleep. On the other hand, it meant eateries nearby. The staff seemed a bit short in their responses and the restaurant was not open when we arrived at 5pm.

The room and especiallt bathroom was very small. It was very noisy in the morning with constructions around and the wall are very thin. The pillow was too thick for me.

Everyhing is good I think staff at the terrace is quite stay still. They didn’t help us to bring off bag from our car.
