Very good location, 5 minute walk from asiatique and very easy to get anywhere. The facilities are a bit old but they are always clean

Our room had a river view but wasn't super expensive as the hotels further down the river The pool was freezing. It's built in the shadow of the building unfortunately. It's a beautiful pool but too cold & windy to use

Breakfast and restaurant do not have much food variety. No ramp for luggages/wheelchair/person with disability/elders. No pool, gym, cafe. You have to go to outside cafe to buy refreshment. The hotel looks rundown from the outside. Inside is in good condition but too dark.

We had the river view room, was very nice at the 9th floor, room was large clean and tidy The room has aged, so the fit and finish does not match the lobbie etc

clean, rooms on the 14th floor with river view, spacious and quiet. well maintained pool and good location near the Asian the welcome was not the best, very cold .I expected more from the hotel's courtesy kit. The bathroom only included a mini bar of soap, a sachet of shampoo and a shower cap. The gym was minimal and the equipment was very dated. The breakfast was barely adequate, with little choice of everything. A 4-star hotel that had no one to help you with your bags was unheard of.

visiting Bankok Staff are amazing from reception to daily room cleaning to kitchen / restaurant. The location is great for exploring Bankok. It's near Asiatique market which is modern and clean with a lot to do, see and buy and has a great choice of restaurants. The river view rooms have a very good view of the city up and down the river. There is a boat pier about 10 minutes walk away where you can get a river taxi to some of the main landmarks in the city or connect to the metro. There is also a no. 1 bus which stops right outside the hotel and goes through Chinatown and near the Grand Palace. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved that the room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, fresh bottled water etc... The "finish" of the bathroom could do with some fine tuning. No laundry service although there are coin operated self service machines available.
