A bit run down but still okay for the price. Overall, still comfortable.

the location is great, near to Asiatique. That is the only plus point they have. Feel free to stay if you want to be scammed. When the concierge send you to the room, make sure don't let their him/her leave before you check the room thoroughly. The concierge who sent us to the room, leave immediately after we stepped in. Later on, we found out the toilet door lock is spoilt, some lamps are not working, and the worst part their ceramic chair was broken. Upon informing them, they said that the chair were in good condition when they brought us to the room and claimed that we broke it and demanded for payment. To sum it all, the place is rundown and the bed is dirty - there were spiders on the bed. Glad we only stay for 1 night.

Bed was ok. The sink pipe wasn’t connected to anything. The sink was in the room, and its pipe let water out in the bathroom.

The location is a bit far from downtown, but it's right by the last stop of the Chao Phraya Express Boats, on the super convenient bus lines #1 and #15, and very close to Asiatique, a popular tourist destination. Lots of nice eateries, food courts, and street food nearby. The 7-11 is across the street, accessible by a pedestrian overpass. The staff are friendly. There was a bit of remodeling work going on at the time, which could be a little inconvenient at times, but that's a good thing overall. It took a bit of effort to get out here (Airport Rail Link, MRT, then bus), but once settled in, it was a great location.

The location is super convenience. Near Asiatique and so many street food and restaurant nearby. It is not as picture. The room is small. The building is quite old.
