Clean Location was hard to find and it's a bit far from shopping and nana tourist area

-great location next to the BKK airport metro link with a tuk tuk that will take you to the metro entrance -5 minute walk to the clothing shopping center with tons of restaurant options -refreshing pool where you can look at the skyline -pretty good breakfast if you like eggs, toast, bacon, and fruit -very clean room with great AC Overall, this is a hotel to stay at while in transit to and from BKK airport whole also wanting to not stay next to the airport. This is a great option to be downtown where there are things to do while still having a 40 minute direct link to the airport. This is a hotel for people who are in transit to and from BKK airport. So it is surprising to see so many negative reviews. People want more for less but for the price this hotel offers a pretty good deal for the location and quality. The only thing were the beds. They were too hard for me. It is hard for hotels in Thailand to cater to westerner tourists who need soft beds and eastern tourists who need hard beds. I slept fine and woke up stiff but I just walked it off outside or went in the pool.

1. We could hear footsteps, conversations, and elevator noise from the hallway inside the room. 2. There was no glass partition between the toilet and the shower, so water splashed everywhere. 3. The bed sheets were not clean. I felt itchy at night and couldn’t sleep well.

I had a very nice stay at Top High Airport Link Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk to the Airport Link BTS train, making it easy to travel around Bangkok. It’s also close to shopping malls and plenty of street food options, which was very convenient. They also provide a free shuttle tuk-tuk service, which was a great bonus. Overall, a great choice for comfort and accessibility. I would definitely stay here again. There was no iron facility available, which was inconvenient during my stay. The room also did not have an electric kettle, which would have been useful. Additionally, the bathroom water heater was not heating the water to a proper temperature, so the shower was not as comfortable as expected. I hope the hotel can improve these facilities for a better guest experience.

Good location as can get from BKK by train directly there. It was good for one night stay in Bangkok after the flight. I would stay again if in Bangkok between the flights

The location is good, very close to BTS and airport rail link

The bed was very firm. Room was small, but I understand this is typical for the price and location in Bangkok.

the staff was very friendly, and the food there is very tasty and good value for money. The mattress was very hard, the kettle in the room didn’t work, and you had to go outside to get hot water from a dispenser where it only came out lukewarm. The bathroom products were also poor quality, so I didn’t feel it was a fair price. They should also mention that they have a dress code for the swimming pool, which tourists usually don’t have (they only allow one-piece swimsuits).

Location and Cleaning No hot water drinking coffee tea. I have traveled many hotels this is fist time I seeing.

4 min walk from the BKK train and Skytrain station. 7/11 and food nearby. Bed was hard.

Room was a small

The hotel itself was subpar. The lobby decor looked a lot more fun in pictures, in person its...funky. The thing that annoyed me the most though is that you need to insert your room key into a slot in order to have electricity in your room. This means that you can't charge devices as you explore and if you have the lights on as you leave the room, you just left your only key in the room. Terrible idea. The room is also very small and spartan its decorations.

Great location near 7-eleven, restaurant and train I have seen one small cockroach on the floor during our stay. They don’t automatically clean the room, change towels or sweep the floor. You need to call them. They have poor customer service. Shower water pressure is not strong.

The location of the hotel is good. The wifi connection kept kicking our devices out. Also,the staff were not approachable. It was also strange that on our last day our key card didn't work and wifi didn't work as well. The pillow was very hard! We had stiff neck in the morning.

The cleanness and comfort were really good. The room was pretty small and wi-fi did not work.

Very good hotel, excellent location. Very nice pool. No complaints. They allow me to leave the luggage for some time
