When I booked this property, the listing explicitly stated in three different sections that parking was available, noting twice that a 'reservation is needed.' Based on this clear information, I proceeded with a prepaid booking. However, when I reached out to clarify the parking reservation, the property could not provide the service as advertised. Despite providing Booking.com with clear screenshots of their listing, both the property management and Booking.com refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and denied my refund request. I believe that transparency is essential in hospitality. If you choose to stay here, please be aware that the information in the listing may not be accurate. I have documented the entire situation with screenshots, and I strongly advise potential guests to verify every detail directly with the property before making any payment, as the platform's support will not protect you if the listing is misleading. A very disappointing experience due to a lack of transparency and professional accountability.

We really appreciated the room upgrade from Uno Express to Uno Premier room with the view of Soi 19. The large shower with rain head and handheld was terrific. We thought the room might have slightly smelled of someone smoking before. No vacant power plugs near the bed for charging phones or laptop.

The location is very good walking distance to BTS and MTR as well as Terminal 21. Staffs are very friendly. The room is not soundproof can hear everything noise from outside.

Location near metro and sky train, very comfortable bed, very clean room, the shower was large and with good pressure! The windows are not soundproof, you can hear every noise from the busy street- ear plugs solved the problem! The breakfast was continental, basically 2 eggs and 2 slices of bread or a local soup!

Don’t waste your money—I’ve wasted mine. The hotel is in a great location no doubt, and the Front Desk Manager, Charlie, is very friendly. Don’t waste your money—I’ve wasted mine. The negatives far outweigh the positives: loud music in the lobby, an heavily overpowering cheap scent in the hallways and elevators, and a very unpleasant musty smell in the elevator and the rooms, which you only stop noticing after some time in the room. The air conditioning can only be controlled from the door without remote control, there are no power outlets near the bed, and taking a shower causes water to splash into the toilet area and the body lotion provided was rancid. While the bed is really comfortable, and the rooms are clean, the overall value for money is definitely not worth the price. There are far better and cheaper options nearby.

I was upgraded to the main building room, with a nice 3,5* standard. Room was large, bed comfortable, everything ok. I appreciated the walking distance to MRT/BTS at Sukhumvit/Asok intersection, and obviously all night entertainments in that area. There wasn't anything I did not liked.

The location is excellent and convenient. Close to both BTS and MRT stations. Easy to any sightseeings and shopping malls. The shower was not working well. Towels weren’t changed everyday.
