Cheap I guess? They must have overbooked, said my booking wasn’t confirmed even though I had the confirmation on booking and email. Told me to cancel on my end with no compensation offered, implying it was my fault. Eventually transferred me to their other location for a room. Staff was nicer there, but furniture in the room was old and LOTS of road noise.

Nothing I did not get my booking room. I booked for twin bed and when i reach property , they say, don't have room. Then they offered me a very small size room with single bed for 2 people to sleep in one bed. The size of the room was so small, that, when i get down from bed, i directly land in to bath room. There is hardly 1-2 feet from bed to bath room. And on top of it, The AC was not working. It seems the AC was never serviced. I wonder, this kind of rooms are offered to paid guests.

Nothing It was dirty and dusty. The lights are too dark. Everything was broken, the blanket was dirty. They didn't clean the room or refill the shower gel.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, had a comfortable stay through out and the best part is its easy to travel from sukhuvmvit soi 11 to any party places in the city or even shopping places. Location is the major advantage

Value for money with clean rooms and friendly staff which is a huge advantage as they are supportive in helping you with suggestions for local sightseeing both by getting cabs or easy bookings through agents and location wise also it's in a calm and peaceful location though it is the most happening place in bangkok.
