Hotel is not new, but rooms are comfortably big, bed is very very good (mattress and pillows), my room had a big wardrobe with a safe. Bathroom is good enough, no problems with water pressure, very clean. Staff is very-very nice and helpful, all my questions or requests were resolved immediately. They have a good wi-fi, I was able to do some video calls and quality of the connection was good. Location is great! Self-service laundry is like 30m away, right near the 7/11, massage salon is literally in the next building. My favourite gym is 8 min by foot. Lots of cafes around. I would stay here again, for sure. They don't offer any breakfast.

The pictures that I saw on the website I thought I was getting a nice hotel room but I didn't. The rooms were old and tired there was no real hot water. The cleanings of the rooms didn't happen at the same time everyday. One day it'll be in the morning the next day the evening so you didn't know when it would be cleaned. All in all it was just a disappointing experience.

Cold floor (slippers would have been nice), no dim light, no luggage rack. Bed is just ok, not very comfortable. Pillows are too soft and few extras would have helped.

First time in Bangkok. Very good budget hotel. The location is a bit farther from the subway and other public transportation by at least 10-20 minutes but it's not that bad. The unit inside is modern. The flooring is tile, and the room is spacious with a big closet to put your belongings and king size bed. Bathroom is good too, no comments there. If your trying to sleep, the front door to get in along with the motorcycle noises outside might get to you but if you put on the AC, you can cancel out the noise. I am rating it 10 because the staff are amazing and you get a great room. It's not a 5 star hotel by any means. I would say it's a very good 2 star hotel with everything that you need and for your budget. Staying here was a humbling experience and I would consider staying here again if I came to Bangkok. As long as your comfortable were you stay that's all that matters.

The owner is truly a world-class human, and the receptionists were kind. I also loved the location — even though it’s in Sukhumvit, I was able to sleep peacefully. The daily cleaning service was a great bonus. As a solo traveler, being allowed to invite up to two guests for free is a huge advantage! Not a big issue for me, but the furniture was a bit dated. The shower water was either too hot or too cold — hard to find a balance. In my opinion, the price could be 20–30% lower for what’s offered. Also, the walls were quite thin, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms

Super spacious room with lovely talkative staff that are happy to help. If you want out of the hussle and bussle of the city this is perfect. About a 20min taxi to main areas of Bangkok (Siam).

Absolutely loved it here! The staff were super friendly and helpful... The bed is perhaps the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! So floaty. The rain shower was also great! The room is spacious. You can't beat the location! No complaints here...
