Avoid this hotel if you want your reservations honored. We booked a Suite three weeks early for New Year’s, but at check-in, they gave us a small Deluxe room. The staff was incredibly rude, essentially telling us to 'take it or leave it' because they were overbooked. Knowing everywhere else was full, they left us with no choice but to stay in an inferior room. Disgusting customer service and zero accountability. They ruined our holiday plans.And also there is no daily housekeeping.

The building is not noisy The location is good, but is far. So firstly you need to take a tuk tuk , grab or bus to the nearest station which is On Nut. From there you already can use BTS, Train, Metro

Pretty basic room in a semi fancy tower. It’s a little hard to find, but worth finding. It’s a little bit tricky to figure out how to get in because you have to go to the guard house for check-in. It’s not obvious. After that no issues

Comfy bed in my opinion for this price, 7-11 is 3 minutes walk. It’s pretty great in overall. Pretty far away from BTS. And lights does not work somehow. (I contacted the counter and they kind of forgot I guess so, But it’s okay for staying.)

The shower head was not working well at all. the water was going everywhere else but on me.

The location was very far from the main hub and there weren't any decent restaurants or transports around.

this place is great! this is my second time staying here, staffs are nice, very safe area. They allowed us to early check in, room was available upon are arrival, room is spacious and really clean. Location is great too! there's a couple of 711 in the area and a coffee shop, BIG C is also within the area

Not much to say, didn’t look as the pictures, not clean in the room, much noise from the hallway during the night and early morning. Price was to high compared to its location. Not clean as one could expect for the price they asked. And beware, except from street kitchens there’s not many options for dining. Bars the same, I had to go far to get a beer.
