Location was perfect, only 5 minute walk to Pratunam Market, 15mins walk to Big C and Central World Plaza. 7 eleven are close by for all groceries shopping. And its a well know hotel/location so any Lazada or Grab delivery are easily managed. The Tap in the wash basin needs to be upgraded.......

Near to night market, platinum mall, decembers mall, tofu shop. Plenty of food choices on the road to the hotel. Plenty of massage stalls along the way also. 7 eleven nearby as well. The beds were comfortable. There is a water heater as well. The road leading to the hotel is almost always congested with all types of vehicles. It can be quite a challenge if you have luggages in tow. I recommend hiring a tuktuk, taxi or car to get to the hotel if you have luggages especially big ones. The train station is roughly 10 mins away by foot.

Strategic location, near from shopping mall and food areas. a lot of massage near hotel and very helpful to me and my friends to find massage foot store. We like this place and one day will stay in this hotel.

Honestly nothing Lobby was very dark n doesn’t feel cosy. Room sound proof was very bad. Woke up few times, either noise make by the staff or other hotel guest check in/out. Room aircond was the worst. They even make a notice in the lift mentioned that you’re not allow to use the aircond at low temperate or use it for too long. My room for instance, the aircond is leaking water for whole night, eventho I didn’t use the aircond when I’m not in the room. Temperature was set at 22degree. Which is still considered super warm in Thailand. The toilet has weird smell all the time. Water pressure was very bad too. There’s also no amenities provided at all…
