What we liked most about the property was how comfortable and welcoming it felt. The place was clean, organized, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore Thailand. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay at the property. Nothing that I can remember. We really enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant experience throughout.

The property was near a train station and is pretty accessible. We love that we were able to go to places just with the train. There is also a nearby 7-11! It felt safe and even though it was a bit tight for six people, we still were comfortable. Also, unlimited free drinking water!! A bit tight for six people, but not bad at all. There is only one toilet and one shower, so it can be difficult in the morning.

The hotel is clean with comfortable bedding. Location is a bit out of the way, but Grab is very cheap to use. Just be aware that you need to carry your own luggage up flights of stairs. The rooms are bigl, but with poor noise insulation.

The children loved the two-storey layout of the room, the clean and fresh-smelling bedsheets, the clean towels, and the complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided in the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the place was excellent. It is also just a short walk from MRT Ratchadapisek Station, which made everything very convenient. There are many things to commend on this accommodation. 1st: the communications (e.i booking.com, whatapp) was superb. They guided us on what needs to be done and explain the instructions very well. 2nd: the check in was smooth. we we're allowed to check in once the room was ready. They let us use the common areas while waiting. 3rd: the supplies and toiletries were readily available. 4th: i really like the dining area where we can use the things inside, and it's spacious, it has nice view, airconditioned. 5th: i just love our room! nice beds, the toiletries, i like that we have separate toilet and bath. enough space for us to move even if we are 5 in the room. 6th: the mrt station is just a short walk from the accom! This is really a good find for us! the water splashes outside the bathroom door when showering but not too much and we can just put a rug on it so it doesn't really bother us.

The location is very good in the city, and not far from Subway, just a short walk, and the room is very clean and very big because it has a living area and sofa to sit, a bathroom, and a toilet, separate amenities kit and drinks bottles in the lobby

Everything was 10/10 perfect. The location was a 3 min walk to the MRT. Big spacious clean room, sofa and desk. Plenty of sockets to charge devices. TV has Netflix and YouTube. They also provided a lot of hangers and wardrobe space. There were unlimited free mineral water bottles, tea/coffee and toiletries that you can take at their counter. The hotel cafe serves nice drinks and sandwiches. There was a big spacious dining room with utensils that you can use and you can do your laundry as well. On our 5th night, we experienced multiple blackouts due to a circuit breaker issue that keeps tripping in our room but the staff handled it well and offered to book us a new hotel FOC.

There is a certain comfort mood the room offers thanks to it's lightning and soft bed. AC is silent and there is no traffic noise or party music on the street. Location is without a doubt family friendly. During my stay the neighbours were very considerate and did not make much noise when walking in their room, there is little to no soundproofing towards the hallway. Smart TV, with menu in Chinese, had issues with casting from my phone as the connection kept dying. I stayed 2 nights and did not have any housekeeping. I would have really appreciated a set of fresh towels or the option to pick them myself. There is a bigger trashbin in the hallway where I could deposit my trash. I also appreciate that next to the elevator there was a table with water bottles, teabags, instant coffee or toiletries. The shower light is in the way of the shower door, making it very dangerous because that glass door is going to break at one point from all the hits it takes. Not to mention the loud bang that wakes up even the dead from sleep. There is no way to contact the hotel staff outside the 8am-5:30pm working hours. No reply on any phonecall, whatsapp, LINE, nor booking.com mails. Be advised.

the location is very convenient, just a short walk to MRT. No traffic jam around the area sound proof needs to be improve, we stayed during christmas, there were group of people nearby drinking and chatting until midnight and we could hear their voices from our room
