Location only Not very clean, so loud and cater to lots of law quality tourists.

Best location !! Good staff! Staff was very caring !! They should not have put the Washington machine on each floor. I had a conference call with the team in NYC, and I heard like a murder sound … shouting … dragging so I called a male staff to come see to discover that one room tried to use the washing machine at midnight to 2 am in the morning. That was terrible with no civic sense. Guess where they were from haha!!

It may not be ideal for light sleepers, as the room is not completely soundproof and some noise from outside may be heard. However, it wasn’t an issue for me.

The staff is exceptional, Iya/Lisa/Thaya, everyone is like family. Great location, not a bells and whistles hotel but you can't beat the price and location...

Weird smell coming from the bathroom, staff acknowledged it and tried to get it cleaned while we were out. Ended up offering us a new room

There is a 3% additional charge if you pay by credit card that booking.com does not mention. It would have been nice to know that before checking in so I could have carried extra cash.

The room we stayed in does not have good ventilation. There's a backfire of toilet drainage and the smell is all over the room.

Really helpful staff. Lovely room. Air-conditioning worked well. Pretty local to metro and sky train. Maybe European TV channels but we didn't stay in the room long so no big deal.
