Location. It is perfect. Close to the three malls of Em District! Just minutes walk. Friendly staff. Including the front desk and cleaning crew. We stayed during the New Year vacation. The price was 2.5X of what it usually is in Booking.com. Perhaps it was cheaper elsewhere or booked directly.

Nothing It was moldy, the room didn't even have a window, really bad smell, dirty. I left after seeing the room and booked another hotel. No refunds too. Rooms look nothing like in the pictures. Don't go here.

Just a quick stop in Bangkok, and we chose to have a budget friendly hotel, because not spending time at the hotel, just to have a good bed and the shower (which were not what we expected) , so the location was really good, BTS skytrain just next to it, and easy to move from there. First of all, to enter to the hotel was not easy front of the place was full of cars, and streetfood place seats all around the street, and gotta struggle with big luggage to get in. Then in reception is a young guy behind the desk, not very welcoming. Lot of heavy luggages, and there was no elevator for second floor which were bit odd. We had 1 level upgrade for the room, which was cheap, so not big expectations. We opened the door, and the room had strong smell of mold, the room had very low ceiling height, bed was okay & clean look alike beddings, but also smelled moldy. Shower head was covered in mold. Now got a symptoms as a runny nose because of staying there, not so nice. We did not even want to open the luggage, just quickly take stuff from there, and after that you gotta place them in the plastic bag to wait for laundry, to get that smell off. It was disturbing stay. But maybe they have upper floors some rooms not that nasty, maybe?

The location is excellent! Staff are very helpful. The room was very nice, very comfortable in pretty much every way. Some other guests were quite noisy and you could hear every door closing etc.

The location is perfect, with easy access to everything by public transport. The room was convenient, clean, and tidy, with a very comfortable and spacious bed. The price was also very affordable. The staff were wonderful—helpful, professional, and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
