Wonderful boutique hotel with a great location and walking distance to river taxi and Song Wat Road. Quiet area next to the river. Lovely hotel staff that were super friendly and helpful, and very nice breakfast.

I did not expect to like this hotel as much as I did and I rarely give a 10 rating. I truly enjoyed my 3-night stay here. This is somewhere between an upscale boutique and a bed-and-breakfast. The staff are professional and always helped enthusiastically whenever we asked. There was filtered water you could fill in the lobby at any time. The breakfast we signed up for was quite good—all-you-can-eat and all the items we ordered were tasty and in small portions. I was most satisfied with the room itself. We had a ‘twin room with view.’ It was very clean—the towels, the bed, the floor, where I walked around barefooted, which I rarely felt comfortable doing in any hotel room. It was very spacious considering this is Bangkok. It allowed me to place a yoga mat on the floor and still, we had space to open up our suitcases. This can be considered a relatively quiet alcove in busy Bangkok. Not many tourists or people in general in the area. Yet, the ferry station and MRT are quite near and not too hard to walk to.

Excellent location! The staff are so attentive and kind. Breakfast was delicious! The shower has excellent water pressure, which is a huge plus.

this is a wonderful boutique hotel. the breakfast was amazing. a must try are the eggs: salt eggs. customer service was excellent. when i arrived, each time my door was opened and bags were taken into the lobby. this is a lovely establishment. from beginning to end it was treated with care.

Traveled solo, and during my stay, the staff were very friendly. Mai/Mae (I believe that’s her name) was so polite and helpful—she gave me great recommendations on where to explore and what’s nearby the hotel. The hotel also has a security guard at night, which made me feel really safe as a female solo traveler. I stayed here for 2 nights, and when I checked out, I left my luggage to explore and came back in the afternoon. The staff asked if I wanted to freshen up and take a shower before heading to the airport. Mai was also there to say goodbye and make sure I was all set for my journey. Their customer service was amazing! Thanks again to Mai and the rest of the staff for your kindness and hospitality.

The homey feel. Staff were exceptionally outstanding. They went out of their way to meet our every need. The location was not particularly the nicest and a ways out from any shopping district.

-Drainage smell in the bathroom. -Poor soundproof, could hear neighboring room talking quite clearly. -Bed and pillows were not that comfy.

This property is perfect for us. Walkable to transit, easy chinatown access, easy river access. Breakfast is *excellent* and made to order with lots of variety. The rooms are simple but very comfortable and clean. Management and staff are super friendly and helpful. Value for the price is great.

Friendly family owned and run hotel. There is a commitment from the owner and her family/staff (daughter and others) to the satisfaction and comfort of their guests. Some of the guests are entitled and have unreasonable expectations and demands. This is handled with patience and polite courtesy by the hotel staff.
