Tiny Taladnoi Hostel

Great location! Cafes, bars, shops right next to it. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice area to chill out outside the hostel. Decent WiFi. Everything I needed! I booked double room with private bathroom. Some people can be noisy when they return at night.

This hostel is simple and without frills but the staff are warm and welcoming, everything is impeccably cleaned daily, the dorm room had AC, wifi worked well, there's bananas and oranges in the lobby for breakfast, you're around the corner from a 7-11, the neighbourhood is interesting but quiet. I've heard Bangkok can be quite loud but this neighbourhood is ideal - close to Chinatown and the river boats. Plus there is the sweetest orange cat that seems to never leave one of the chairs in the lobby so I could pet him to my hearts content. Highly recommend.

Very good staff! Accommodating and nice to chat with :) Lots of good coffee and restaurants in the area. It's about ten or fifteen minutes walking to Hua Lamphong.

The staff is very helpful. Well located Lots of mosquitoes since everything is open day and night. Above a busy street. The windows don’t close so the room had lots of mosquitoes and it was very noisy.

The place is great, sweetest staff offering bananas and cake in the morning, clean rooms and showers, amazing location. I feel very bad leaving a low score to such wonderful owner and place, but the issues with internet cost me a lot. Internet was going on and off (most of the time off), I had an important work call and it was ruined and cancelled because of the absent internet. The issue was the same during all my stay (3 days). It’s such a pity, nothing can be more annoying than bad internet in 2025…

Solo female traveler. Stayed 4 nights. Lovely family that runs Tiny Taladnoi -- so kind and helpful, making sure guests have the most comfortable stay possible. Very clean and excellent location. Bustling area during the day. Quiet at night, making for a restful sleep. Close to the Marine Department if you are taking a riverboat to explore, which brings you to many attractions, Khao San Road, etc. When I made my reservation, I was sent a map of the train lines in case I wanted to take a train from the airport rather than taxi or Grab. Turned out to be especially helpful since I opted for the train, and used the train on other occasions during my time in Bangkok. Chinatown is a 10-15 minute walk. Had many meals and found good currency exchange rates there. This was my first time in Bangkok. If I am fortunate enough to return some day, my stay will most definitely be with Tiny Taladnoi. Two things that were not a problem for me but others might find helpful to know. No elevator -- not an issue since the staff helped carry my bags (room was on 4th floor). Key needs to be inserted for power to room -- only stored water in the refrigerator, and it didn't take long for the air conditioner to cool the room once turned on.

We knew this hotel was in a great location, and with the very good reviews we were confident that it would be a great place to stay, but it really exceeded our expectations. Super clean, friendly staff, quiet but central setting, daily housekeeping (they even had a snack in our upon arrival and provided so much complimentary bottled water for us), and a bunch of little details they thought of that make a big difference. We would stay here again without hesitation! We loved everything! The only thing I will note is that we were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, this was not a problem for us but may be a consideration for some guests who have a lot of luggage or cannot live with a lot of stairs.

I stayed here for seven nights and very much enjoyed my time here. The shared bathrooms are kept very clean and my private room was very nice with two windows and great a/c. The owner is so welcoming and friendly and in the morning provides coffee, tea, fruit and some assorted cakes which was great. There are many food vendors close to the hotel and sometimes they begin preparing food very early in the morning which I heard a couple of times.

I’ll definitely be back!

Facilities: clean hot showers, good little kitchen The lady in charge is lovely and very helpful. I can only recommend. This hostel is on the edge of Chinatown and 6mins walk from river so can be used to go up and down Bangkok to visit or otherwise 15mins from main train station where you can get the tram.

The location is really great, it’s in a nice area with plenty of nice spots to go on foot or by boat. The hostel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing, so helpful and lovely. We stayed here a few times and would keep coming back here every time we’re in Bangkok. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Nok and her family are absolutely lovely. They take such good care of the hostel and their guests. We really loved staying here and came back a few times during other stays in Bangkok. The hostel is comfortable and clean and the location is perfect for us. Would 100% recommend!
