Nothing They lie and water is bad 1 minute hot the other is warm they try to change many rooms and it’s the same problem I book and pay for big room and many of these room have connecting door there is no sound prove so u can hear people in the other room even if they are just talking not yelling the tv is bad no even one English movie channel most of these room staff lie also when they told me they will send people to fix once it takes hours and they said they fix the problem and it’s not fixed also when they told me they will send again no one comes

breakfast is a 10/10 , location wise is superb middle of night life of soi 11 . i have stayed here in the past also i knew what i was getting. price of the hotel is expensive for the amenities but i guess you are paying for the location then the hotel itself, sometimes the staff get a little rude at check inn depends who you get ( not all) overall a solid 8.5/10 maybe the reception staff could be more hospitable

Coffe machine in the room is terrible. They tried replacing it twice, but all did not work.

It’s a very nice hotel. We waited 4 hours in the lobby to have our room available even though we booked a room with a lounge access.

Rooms are not sound proofed. Hotel is Full of crazy Indians shouting and screaming all night!

there were some cockroaches running around so i think that should be a cleanliness matter, but quite common with hotels in the area

Small thing, I couldn't figure out the light switches. I think the furthest light switch by the window controlled the bathroom lights.

The hotel was centrally located Exellent location on Sukhumvit Soi 11, within walking distance of the Nana BTS station, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The lobby is very small and not appealing

Location is 10/10 , comfortable and easy access in and out. The housekeeping staff took my tip but didn’t do my request written on the paper. I had to complain to receptionist. The cleaning staff are not friendly at all. I will not consider giving tips in this facility at all .

Easy access to Sukhumvit 11 clubs and restaurants. Luxurious feel and top employees. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff took time to help us find a missing item. First room they gave us smelled of smoke, but they gave us a new room that was fantastic.
