this hotel is in a great place, easy to use the train to get around. very friendly and helpful staff. no1 the carpet in the hall ways in front on the rooms is tired no2 the fridge in the room a wine fridge is the wrong choice to get a cold drink in your room. it dose not make ice. i checked and asked did all rooms have a wine fridge have this type of fridge. wrong choice. we are checking the type of fridge in the other hotels in Sol 11 for you next stay in August 26 so if you can live without a cold drink in your room this might be a good choice. remember it is Bangkok and hot outside

Location is great. Excellent Soi and close to BTS station. I have stayed at this hotel several times before. I like it, and the experience is consistent Nothing disliked. It is not a 5-star hotel - and I didn't expect or want it to be!!

Close to bars and restaurants, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean rooms 400BHT taxi ride to Koh San Road around the same from the airport Some tea, coffee, sugar milk etc would have been a nice extra in the room after a long flight

The Breakfast needs a huge improvement , the breads / Waffles used were stale . The Toaster was not working for all the 4 days we were there. There was nor reaction from the staff . They heard us and the next day everything was the same.

Facilities and swimming pool looked good, breakfast at roof top was nice, location close to Nana metro station was convenient, There is nothing I didn’t like but things can be done better. Swimming pool cleanliness and filtration system should run as there were lots of particles in the water. For the breakfast, it is appreciated if halal food can be added and labeled.

I stayed here again for 3 nights and had the same room as the previous week so all good as far as the room and staff are concerned. As far as noise is concerned, I have never had any problems so maybe it depends which side of the building you are on? Ask for a quiet room in advance. Nor have I ever had any problem with water pressure/heat or the elevators. The carpets had obviously just been cleaned in my room this time so there was a dampness to the air but I left the aircon on and went for a walk and it was fine later. Overall, still a very nice little hotel in a great location, but would be a great hotel if it just upped its game in a couple of areas (food and gym). Having read some of the other reviews, I notice there are certain themes recurring for many months and so I guess that management are not taking the comments seriously. To repeat: 1. the breakfast is poor and there are many complaints so why is it not improving? 2. The gym equipment is either broken or in need of servicing. Again, I have complained abut this several times but it has not improved. Why not? It's a shame these matters are not being addressed as this would be add to the reputation of the hotel. To be clear: there is an opportunity here for the hotel to stand out from other hotels in the area by having an excellent breakfast and a good, safe gymnasium, instead of the second-rate service provision currently provided.

The breakfast buffet was not appealing at all, I only ate from the egg station for omelettes, etc. The breakfast buffet. The equipment in the gym was not working (bicycle, stair climber), no power, not working.

Rooms are great, huge bed, comfortable and quiet. Showers and bath are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location, location, location, with swimming pool, bar and gym on the rooftop, German bar downstairs, great Italian restaurant opposite in the alley, Sports bar across the road and loads of great restaurants on soi 11, I could quite literally have stayed in Soi 11 for my entire stay (had I not had to walk 10 minutes to Terminal 21 to buy some clothes). The breakfast is not great (not really enough variety for western taste) but you can get coffee, toast, juice and eggs to your liking so that's enough for a short stay - and eat outside when you get bored of the toast and eggs. Bacon is available but it's pathetic little squares of greasy fat (should be crispy!). There is an LG TV but couldn't cast from tablet or phone so it didn't get much use (it did have the golf channel and BBC news and there is a sports bar directly across the road if you want to watch other sports). Some of the gym equipment is in need of repair/replacement.
