The room was spacious, comfortable The room was not clean when I arrived. There was dust on the furniture The staff were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Customer service needs improvement.

Bring earplugs with you. The road is very noisy until 1am. The room is pretty basic but for that price it is more than enough.

Close to Nana BTS station, on busy street with lots of bars The room 205 has no windows, no drinks making facilities, at night you can hear loud music with very strong bass beat till 02:00am in the morning .

The Maxim Inn has 24hr reception and its location just a short walk to the Sukhumvit Nana BTS station made it an ideal option for a solo traveller. It’s more than reasonable price compared to Soi11, and both BTS and MTS can be accessed through the Asok (one stop on the BTS for 17 baht, but also walking distance). Bed was comfortable and linen was clean/smelled freshly laundered. Shower was ample size and came with Shampoo & Body soap (no conditioner if needed). Overall no complaint for the price offered. The Inn is located at the back end of the Soi, and is difficult for taxi’s to navigate as it is a narrow gauntlet of lady bars and “happy ending” massage joints. This could be off putting for couples and families.

Isn't comfortable to go inside 8f it's you arrive in night because its a lot of bar there so everyone is looking at you.
