It's hard to beat the location on Soi 11, and the pool / bar on the... I forget, 6th floor or whatever it is... is good fun. This isn't a fancy hotel by any means, but it's consistent and perfect for a weekend in Bangkok. All good, you get what you pay for!

The staff were very friendly, and gave me upgrade as they said. location was very good. I extend one night they give discount as well. only problem face the corridor is little congested and the lobby of the hotel. beside that they were very friendly and helpful. the lobby and the floor corridor, also the swimming pool is okay, not the great. they forget to wake me up, after reminding them to do a wake up call.

The hotel filled with bugs, too much music noises, small gym and pool, the breakfast is very limited, the glass water bottle is dirty, the AC is either too cold or too hot, the hot water heater is and pipe needs time to give you hot water and it’s causing huge noises.

Flexible reception and helpful personnel. While booking done by booking.com every time receive message from whatsapp for the hotel name and asking for credit card information. This is spam and I believe hotel management data has been compromised and authorities should take action immediately.

The location, I like it most. Everything is available in walking distance. Check time might be adjusted to international travelers who are sitting in the reception for long to wait for 2PM.

Lobby staff purposely they said no room in order to pay earlier check in plus after I book for extending days even I need the room just for 5 hours they want me to change room
