centrally located to all the main nightlife spots, located on soi 11 being one, a short walk to nana and maybe a 10 minute walk to soi cowboy. excellent location for the sky train BTS

It was located in an area where there is a lot to do and close to the sky train. Room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond The hotel is near a very busy and loud intersection meaning you hear a lot of street noise in the room and the bed was very hard (which I didn't know is typical of Asian mattresses)

Staff was extremely friendly and super helpful, from the doorman to the servers in the restaurant. Excellent value for the money we paid. Location was another plus with the BTS only 100m away. Would recommend without a second thought. Even though the breakfast was tasty(set menu was offered), would have preferred a bit more variety.

I had an excellent stay at Grand Business Inn. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted me with a smile. They helped me with my luggage, showed me the room and facilities on my first day, and were consistently welcoming throughout my stay. The restaurant staff were also very kind, and I especially appreciated the friendly conversations with the night staff member. The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, a proper desk and chair for working, excellent air conditioning, and lighting in every corner of the room. The internet speed was outstanding, and the hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk from Nana BTS station. I also appreciated the food discount that was offered to me during my stay. There were a few areas that could be improved. The elevators were quite slow, and because each elevator has separate call buttons, using them was sometimes confusing. The room safe was not usable because it appeared to be locked in an open position, and the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. The main issue was housekeeping. On several occasions, staff entered the room after knocking briefly, even though I had not placed a room-cleaning request. I would have preferred the approach used by some other hotels, where staff leave a note or wait for the guest to respond before entering. In addition, noise from Sukhumvit traffic, nearby bars, and the BTS could sometimes be heard from the room.
