The front desk lady was polite. The location was not very good and even the pillows were smelly. The WiFi didn’t work at all.

Modern and minimalist style. Excellent housekeeping. Clean. Comfortable bed. Room has all one needs and everything functions. Convenient location. Good value for money, which is getting rarer in the area. Soi 7/1 neighborhood with bars that operate until the early morning hours is not everybody's cup of tea. Rooms are however quite sound proof to ensure a quiet stay.

Not a lot really just the fact that they didn’t have a swimming pool and the room was quite small. You could barely walk around the bed.

The air conditioner did not work well in my room. After an hour the room was still hot. I told the front desk staff. The fat woman blamed me and said I did not put the card in the wall slot the right way. The air conditioner was on, just not blowing cold.

I didn't like the hotel very much, it was just okay for the price. However, it was close to Nana station. For the price I paid, it was a bit expensive.
