Location location and value for money Unfortunately I probably will not be staying here another trip I've stayed here many. The issue I have and keep in mind it's nothing that the hotel can do about it is that there is a transsexual bar just across from the hotel and the men / women that worked there grab everybody coming down the street trying to get him to go with them and go into their bar and it becomes annoying. I stay for 3 or 4 days and every time I go back to the room I'm hassled by these guys/girls it's gotten old for me unfortunately. Keep in mind the room is brilliant the staff is brilliant I'm just tired of dealing with the people from the bar

Ladyboys at start of street Offering massages.

No complaints

Nice clean room. Close to food and bars Noise from street below but you’re staying in Sukumvit Bangkok, you can’t expect different.

The tuktuks on Sukhumvit road made really loud noises all night, and the room I stayed at did little to block the noises. I have been at this hotel before at the other building they have and it had minimal noise, but this time, the room either did not have proper noise canceling on its window or it's just not located in an ideal location of the hotel.

The location is super convenient, you just need to walk ~50m from Nana BTS station. But put this into consideration: welcoming you from the BTS exit to the hotel are ~10 trans ladies from surrounding massage parlors inviting and enticing passersby, not reluctant to touch your hands and your hips with their own hips. Many vendors sell toys, enhancement products right on the street. The surrounding bars and clubs play loud music until 2-3 am. So the location is convenient, but not suitable for families. The room looks quite dated and facilities are not the newest, but they're decent. Perhaps I booked too close to the date, otherwise I would not pay for such price for such room.

The staffs are nice and welcoming. The room is clean and organize. It is near in BTS and close to all good places to visit in Bangkok. Accessible to everything. The sink is clogged and the toilet flash suddenly broke and we fix it because it couldn't flash. The area at night is a little bit noisy but tolerable.

Staff and location is great. Simple but a great value for the price. The beds are awful and very hard. I hurt after sleeping on them in the morning. It's like sleeping on a wooden box.
-
The location is fabulous and the rooms are great for the price. The beds are absolutely rock hard. It's like sleeping on a box spring and for people who sleep on their sides it's painful.

A lot of hair all around the place

Location Staff need to more integrate with guests. Because its first priority for all...

Excellent hotel and location for the price. The building itself is old, but the hotel is fully renovated inside, and the loft setup is honestly a blessing. The rooms are also bigger than most places in this budget range. I used to sleep so peacefully here after coming back from partying all night lol I didn’t dislike anything since I was traveling solo, but if someone is coming with family, especially with kids, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are ladyboys and bars right outside. They’re friendly and harmless, but I personally feel families with kids might prefer staying somewhere else. If you’re with your girlfriend or partner, then it’s completely fine.

Nothing really. Place basic but clean
-
Solid size, clean. Staff is friendly. Shower and water is bipolar, one moment weak, the next super powered.
-
Location price staff I have stayed here at least 15 times only real issue I have is sometimes I'll get a room where two or three of the light bulbs are out and have not been replaced. But that is not at all a big deal
-
Location is near BTS Nana station. Good place for singles couples Its noisy in the night as the bars is right infront of the hotel. not really suitable for family with young kids
