Staff very nice. Food availability nice and not silly prices. Location amazing if you seek stepping out into a vibrant atmosphere. There was some form of event in the second week that took the edge off the communal area. Aldo, the sandwich facility - which was a good extra. Disappeared.

Great breakfast!! Located right above a 7-11 for supplies. Love the floor to ceiling windows in the rooms, and staff are very helpful!
-
Convenient location and lots of eating places nearby; Front desk staff are friendly and smooth check-in/out process.

i didnt try the breakfast, but maybe next time. it was a great room and super comfy. I am super happy with my stay.

We arrived and I payed cash for the 2 nights. The hotel appeared nice for this short stay. We got to our floor and it smelled terrible. also smelled in our room so we requested another room on a different floor. That floor also had an awful smell so we decided not to stay. They informed me refunds are only fulfilled with in 24hrs notice before reservation. I reserved the room probably 4 hours before we arrived. they refunded me the second night.

We enjoyed staying there because of the location. Read in Chinatown, which is great to see at night. For me, it was a good place for a short stay just so I could check out the area. But I usually stay someplace with the pool and a gym if it’s going to be staying more than a few days.

Great hotel and great location!! I stayed here with my 8-year-old in a room with a king size bed. The room was large, spacious, bright, clean and modern. The hotel is located inside a mall with a 7/11 and a Starbucks!! Not to mention a small but fantastic food court on the second floor, and all just a stone's throw away from the main food street in Chinatown and train station! It was very clean and convenient. The room was thoroughly cleaned every single day and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. -The door is a bit heavy and hard to open. I didn't notice it the first few days but on the days after that, especially after a long day of walking, I found it difficult to push the door open. - The hairdryer only had two speeds, one was too slow and the other too fast but I got used to it. Also the button was too tight and difficult to push. - The TV had just 10 channels and only one of them was in English.

Location is good, we had two bookings and staying here since 5 days now Did not want to leave a negative review but every day we face a different issue, check in was chaotic, so many guests waiting, lots of staff but only one lady knew what to do and rest seem to be interns as she was getting interrupted while handling our passports and our payment all the time. Housekeeping is not doing a good job either. Always something is missing. They give you a tiny roll of toilet paper. They don’t give enough towels. Carpet is dirty, they never cleaned it in 4 days. Housekeeping does not come to clean until after 4pm and when you call to ask for them they say they are off at 5pm - so then why is the room still dirty at 4:30pm? Every day now we have to call them at 8am when we leave to come and clean and not today at 2pm still no one came. Also AC is super loud and does not let you sleep, being ear plugs. Also you can hear your neighbors loud and clear, we have neighbors with kids running from room to room and smashing doors until late night and no one is stopping them. Not happy at all.

Cleaned rooms and the staff was very polite and helpful. Also the location was very nice. Bathroom didn't have locker. It's not that a big deal. But It would be preferable

Location. Location. Location. This was my first time in Thailand and I was so happy that I chose this hotel. On my next trip back I'll stay here again. As I said - Location, it's really easy to get around Thailand but this hotel is close to the MRT, the ferry, mutliple buses and there are a usually grab drivers or tuk tuks waiting. The actual hotel itself was lovely. The restaurant and bar was trendy and the inner courtyard was beautiful. Breakfast options were tasty and fresh, the jams were amazing. The shopping mall attached to the hotel is also incredibly convenient. There's a pharmacy, exchange counter and/or machine (with comparable rates), many restaurants/carts (there's a vegan option), and of course a 7-11. it's also really close and easy to get all the major attractions - mall, temples, floating market, chinatown obviously. The area is incredibly tourist and kid friendly, saw a lot of families. I would say if you're looking for great value, convenience, comfort and to be around the locals then this is your hotel. The lighting in the room could be brighter.

Unbeatable location in Chinatown, walkable to a number of sights & also just a 3 minute walk to the nearest MRT station. Great value for money, clean & comfortable. As a bonus it is located above a small shopping mall with a number of food options & a 7-Eleven if you need supplies. The room was quite small, but this is really nit picking. It was comfortable enough for us (couple). One of the biggest issues we had was the lack of toilet paper supplied, for the love of god please put an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms!

This hotel was our home base during our 5 day stay in Bangkok, and we were very pleased with our choice. Its location in the center of Chinatown has several advantages, including great food and access to the metro for travel throughout the region. The room was modern and clean. Especially notable is the high quality of the breakfast - the choices are many and the quality is excellent, including both Asian and Western choices. This is a great hotel. Sure, the TV channel selection could be better, but that lack of channel choices seems to be a trend across Asia. Fortunately wifi works great and TV is less important! The TV channel selection could be better - getting a well known news broadcast from the US was impossible. Still, this is a small complaint weighed against the general excellence of this hotel.

I has a kettle, a couple of mugs but no teaspoons, not a big deal though

Location The bedding and towels are starting to get old.

The room was a bit small

Location, location, location! Our room was clean & quiet. Water pressure was great, and the bed comfortable. The A/C unit worked well and quiet. The curtains blocked out the outside lights at night and daylight when we wanted to take an afternoon nap. The breakfast had a variety of food options, freshly made every morning, very affordable and service a excellent. It was very convenient to have a mall right beside the hotel where we could have all our meals if we wanted to. There were several options for massage places nearby and of course, several restaurants all around. The clear shower door bottom rail with wipe was partially broken so it made a mess after one showered. The cleaning ladies provided us with additional floor towels to mop up the mess without any hesitation.

Pricy but not too eco not provided any essential like slippers

Honestly, we love everything about the hotel from the staff, facilities, location, room and service. Our flight was late in the evening, the staff offered to keep our luggage and allowed us to use the shower room to freshen up before we departed to the airport. Personally, it was a nice touch. The lift has no AC which gives a stuffy condition especially everyone cramped into 1 lift after a hot day.
