W22 by Burasari

Exceptional service from all staff, from front desk to security. Location was 5 mins to Talat Noi and 10 mins to Yaowarat. Everything was clean and felt safe at hotel and in neighboring area. Nothing

The men at the front door were a little pushy trying to sell tours. But it was not a big deal. I would stay here again.

This is my third stay at W22 by Burasari. It is always well-presented. Staff are welcoming and always friendly. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable.

I'm glad W22 has breakfast onsite for our convenience. The location was the reason why we chose W22 because it's in a walking distance to shopping at Yowalat and street food. I know Bangkok is congested and parking space is a luxury even parking temporary in front of the hotel for quick drop off and pickup is a challenge.

The location nearby Chinatown was amazing, the staff was so kind and there are tours to choice. The lift may be a bit slow, but it works!!

I liked everything about the property it was such a convenient location and the staff was so reliable as they would fix everything as soon as I had mentioned it which was a great. Just one night the electricity went out and all the electricity went out so we woke up with sweat all over our bodies and I had to run up and down around the place trying to fix it but then they came in less than 10mins and the electricity was back on after that the bathrooms lights went out and again I reached out and they suggested to change rooms but it didn’t make sense as the other rooms where smaller and on an entire different floor and we would waste time just moving so I asked them to just fix the light and thankfully they listened and it took up to 20mins but I think this was because it was an old hotel as they were no other problems also I would suggest giving at least two rooms keys for the three person room.

Definetly a go ahead if you want to explore China Town night market.

I loved the location, conveniently surrounded by stores and shops and salons and walking distance to a mall called I'm Chinatown. It was also walking distance to Chinatown which was great. The staff were super kind and generous. The hotel and the room was extremely clean! Not a single speck of dust in the entire building and never did I ever see a single insect or roach. There is also a cafe in the lobby that made delicious coffees, and there are tour guides in the lobby as well. That is also very convenient. On the second floor, there are washing machines and driers, a nice library and work space with restrooms and a shower and gym equipment. This space is air-conditioned too. We were a close ride to all of the great drag bars, iconSiam Mall, terminal 21 and very close to a wonderful Italian restaurant called Luke and a great dessert spot called Lemon Curd. I will stay here whenever I come to Bangkok. Nothing. There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

God location near to active Chinatown street. Easy walking to ferry and other food markets. Quiet at night.

Great location. Clean. Last floor rooms has the low sealing and windows are not operable.

Room didn't have an outside window, the window was overlooking hotel common areas.

The location was great for a Chinatown stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The style was nice! I didn’t have any issues. The only thing was that I didn’t have much of a view, just facing a building, but it also meant it was quiet at night.

1) Location. Short walk to night market. 2) Friendly security/doorman. 3) Daily toiletries and water replenishment. 4) Free infused water in the lobby. 1) I am not sure if it is a Thailand thing, but we have to use our keycard to turn on the power in the room. We are only given one keycard. So when we leave the room and take the keycard with us, we cannot leave the AC running in the room. So it feels a little warm when we return to the hotel room. 2) The receptionists weren’t too welcoming/friendly. It’s not a big deal but it leaves a bad taste in our mouth. 3) My wife killed a cockroach in our room once during our 6-night stay.

The bathroom design wasn’t great. I’m used to south-east asian bathrooms, but the water pooled a lot when we showered.

Well maintaned and comfortable, rooms is too small though, breakfast is medicore but definitely can get by. Good place to spend a day in bangkok in between trips. Location isn’t the best honestly, even though it’s right next to china town, the street itself is smelly, a lot of homeless people, trash and sex workers which wasn’t too pleasant for a family. Nothing that the hotel can do but it’s good for travellers to know.

Breakfast and facilities are poor.
