Friendly owners & staff

I didnt like how at 11am they were at my doors rushing us out. And they asked me how many minutes I had left before I could finish and leave the room. Otherwise, they would charge me an extra hour at 400 baht.

Nothing.

It’s very homie very comfortable and convenient, very well maintained by the owner. It’s my second time staying there in this beautiful charming Hotel and I’m coming back again next year for Songkran. It’s such a wonderful place to be. It’s close to everything, i’ve been to 87 countries I visited and stayed in many hotels but this one is different and unique. I highly recommend it.

Nice clean accommodations. Close to Chinatown area, within 10min walk. Very nice breakfast to start our day. Great accommodation for our family. All good

Noisy, uncomfortable bed, small room
-
well it is an old house, the heart of Chinatown, they couldn't move the bookings or change anything, it's clean but the beds are not very comfortable, also around nothing to do, Chinatown is nothing else than the main route with food till 9 or 10pm not event there or anything else tiny rooms, lack privacy with the windows, not soundproof

My room was the one with the bunk bed. Great value for money and it was more comfortable than I first expected. They were very helpful in messages and helped me with lots of stuff. Also, seemless check in and check out.

Good location. Good value for the price The room was very small. My bathroom was outside my room.

It’s a simple budget room, but it has useful amenities like a fridge, a kettle, and a small balcony. The room was clean overall and the bed was quite comfortable. The location is definitely a plus — close to Chinatown and within walking distance of both the MRT and the train station. Breakfast was okay, though quite limited: you choose one style of eggs, toast, bacon or sausage, a small portion of fruit, and coffee or juice. It costs 190 THB and is served from 8 to 10. The property also has onsite laundry, which is convenient. I’d recommend it for a short stay if you want to be near China Town and close to an MRT line. The shower temperature was either extremely hot or very cold, with no way to mix or adjust it properly (at least in the room I stayed in). Also once you had a shower, the bathroom gets all wet and it's quite disturbing to use it afterwards. It seems they have multiple buildings; I was in the middle one, room 2. Another downside is a garage building directly in front of the balconies. Staff members whistle loudly every time a car enters or exits. They also spend a lot of time standing right in front of the balconies, which feels a bit uncomfortable. The building itself has wooden flooring, so noise travels easily. The location is down a small alley with just one local Thai restaurant and a small convenience store nearby. The nearest 7‑Eleven is about a 7‑minute walk away. I didn’t feel unsafe walking at night, but the area is quite dark, which isn’t ideal when traveling alone as a woman. Staff isn't quite friendly but not rude. Very restrict on rules.

The staff are very approachable . The are is 12 minutes walk at the china town. The breakfast was very good :)

I love the location tucked into the back alleys of Chinatown. The staff and the rooms are both exceptional.

Cute decor, cozy, clean and a modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The bunk bed isn’t really adult friendly but makes use of the space with desk underneath. It was noisy at night and the walls are thin.

Facility unsafe. The stairs had multiple different rises (heights) in the same staircase. The first stair was about 3 inches higher than the others and much higher than any approved design standard. The steps after the landing were much lower than those below the landing. The exit doors had to be opened with a key to exit at night. Would be deadly in a fire. My first room was poorly light. I held .you cell phone light for my wife to put on her makeup. That room was directly across from a parking garage where the attendant would occasionally direct traffic with a whistle starting at 6am. They did agree to move us to a nicer room which was very nice of them. .The benches in the dining room were made of ordinary construction lumber put together with a nail gun. One of those nails was slightly sticking up.and tore my slacks.

Breakfast is good. They will asked for your own preference. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They provided me a practical choice en route to the airport.

Breakfast was really good, recommended when booking the room. The room is quite small but clean and comfortable. The location is good, can reach the Chinatown in 10 minutes walking. Staffs are nice and supportive No elevator, stairs are narrow
