The size of the 2 bedroom apartment and the location. This hotel has two buildings one new and and one old. The apartments are in the old ones and in urgent need for renovation..

The 2-bedroom suite fits our family perfectly. I like the fast internet connection. The washing machine was helpful. It is a bit far from BTS (about a km)

The room is comfy and quite big for family to stay. And the location is easy to access to BTS. There has a lot of street foods, restaurants and shopping mall near by surrounding area.

The check-in was smooth and the staff were super friendly. We stayed at One Bedroom Suite. The room was large and clean, with a really cozy bed and a big nice sofa set. They have fridge and some basic kitchen wear for cooking. It felt very relaxing. Will definitely comeback.

We came on an early flight and they have a room available but they still charged us a half room rent for early check in before 3 hours, Also Rooms are different than what you see online on the pictures as it way out dated and just a basic furnishing The rooms are very basic and facility is very normal nothing special....

Location is conveniently close to BTS, parks, eateries. Close to Siam shopping area as well as Chinatown. Room service and staff are friendly and courteous, go out of their ways to help.

Our room was clean, comfortable, the temperature control was quick to cool, showers were strong and hot. Easy room access. Cabs always available.

big room, decent view, friendly staff ac broke 3 times (had an engineer in my room a lot while trying to work). Didn't request a change of room but it should have been offered. Accidently spilled fanta on the bed duvet. Charged £66. No way does a duvet cover cost that much money.

Nice lobby. That was about it. Oh and there is a good sushi place next to it. Very old and outdated. The tub was gross. Pictures make this place look much nicer than it is.
