very spacious room with all amenities. Good location low quality breakfast product and choice.

The room old but the feel is warm and cosy. I'm a regular so I'm always greeted warmly by the staff. I'm also almost garenteed an room upgrade which make the experience very economical. I know it's company policy, but after a dozen stays and an excellent departure record, it would be nice to do away with the cash deposit for good regular visitors.

Not able to smoke on the balcony

The room is big and it is in the good location The confusion about the extra bed. I paid for 3 adults but the reception said the price for 3 adults is not including for the extra bed, only for the sofa bed but the sofa is just regular sofa not the pull out bed. And the reception said booking.com with their hotel never including extra bed. I tried to explain about we book many hotels with booking.com for 3 adults and all hotels provide the extra bed for the third person that what I paid for. At the end they gave us extra bed because the sofa is not the sofa bed. The reception said i can complain and give their hotel bad review.. such an attitude.

Fantastic location. Easy to get to prime spots in Bangkok. Love the small local stalls to choose from. Staff is absolutely exceptional. They go above and beyond and always with a smile. Fitness center was really nice, even if I didn’t get to use it. Junior suite was equipped with everything you need. Fridge is clutch… especially if you are traveling and want to eat in/bring things home. BNH an international hospital is very near. The non-smoking floor smelled of cigarettes at times. The Tao Bin machine was broken. Not their fault.

Spacious premium Deluxe Suite and breakfast Wi-Fi was very bad, I missed important office meetings, only 1 lift is working both the days of my stay. Remote place to walk after in the night.

Very friendly staff, they let us drop off our luggage before check-in, but also after check-out. There’s a tuk tuk that in less than 5 minutes takes you from the hotel to the Central Saladaeng mall and the skytrain station. Amazing breakfast with lots of Thai food, also fruits, breads, soup, salads, juices, coffee,… Room is big and clean There was only one elevator working out of the 2, so it would take some time to wait for the elevator to arrive

Location good, staff generally helpful, room was an upgrade and excellent and breakfast fine. Price of the room was super. Some staffmembers in the breakfast room should understand that their job is providing proper service to the guests.

Location is wonderful, room was a luxury suite and spacious, breakfast itself good and various kinds of food. The staff in breakfastroom did not have a professional attitude lacking the service-related attitude. They could not care less!
