It was another great option to stay at when in Bangkok. Perfect location, being a walk away from the nearest BTS station and it is surrounded with good food options. The room itself was clean very nice. AC works great and the shower has a functioning heater. Room service was also great, you can opt for a cleaning while you're outside. Staff was also very responsive and was a great help. They could have added more pillows on the bed.

The location used to be quite convenient now that metro work is going on , it’s hard to get taxis and not convenient to walk around or stroll I stayed there for 6nights , The cleaning was not done properly everyday and the night reception staffs were quite rude

Overall, we had a good experience. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything met our expectations. We didn’t try the meals, so we can’t comment on the food, but our stay was comfortable.

I like that it’s very clean. They clean the room and change towels everyday. The lobby can be improved.

Nothing Mild black mold in air conditioner I got a sore throat and nose congestion , I look this morning lots of mold u can see . Elevators smelled bad and hallway a. And a had bed felt like. Box spring

It had everything one needs for a good price. Mall nearby if you like to shop . The surrounding area was a mess because they were building a subway along that road so traffic was terrible and walking a mess . Breakfast used to be better .

Breakfast is good and nice to have on site. Nice to have coffee during the day available in lobby. We knew when we booked that construction was present in the area but it made it a little more difficult getting around it. Not sure if the front entry way staff are a part of the hotel but we went out to get them to call a taxi or ask question and the gentleman was sleeping so he struggled us off. The one front desk staff member was very short and rude when we just asked for something on both occasions dealing with them. She tried to tell us to use our coffee maker in room but all we had was a kettle. No plug in the bathroom made it hard to use personal items we brought. We were told coffee makers in all rooms but we didn’t have one. We are early risers and it helps having that accessible.

If management could put doors on the open air toilet in the main lobby then it would be great. The smell from the toilet makes the whole lobby smell like a public toilet

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfy room. Construction right outside, slow WiFi at times, frustrating laundry machines

Didn’t have hot water for the shower

The location is superb and the breakfast served is good A bit noisy due to the construction just in front of the hotel and also in the room can hear people in other room

Breakfast area is a bit noisy and the location of this breakfast should be in the banquet hall instead of the reception area. The area of construction near the hotel is somewhat chaotic and noisy.

Breakfast was good. MOST ESPECIALLY WANT TO COMMEND ON STAFF KONG. He was always on his feet. Attentive to his job. I could tell when he was not on duty because the tables were not as kept and chairs weren’t straightened when he was off duty. The welcome drinks were always filled with ice whenever was around. Please take time to recognize the great staff Kong. Construction work on going but nothing that can be helped.

It was the location, but with the ongoing construction in front of the building it was noisy, dusty and difficult to go to the center. The pillows are limited for twin beds, only 1 pillow per bed, and it was so hard. It’s like lying on a hard rock.
