The location was the best. And the room we ordered was spacious. The bed and sheet are clean.

Property was at the heart of the city in city they are many costly hotels and hostels as compared to that this hostel was much affordable the staff was good with good response and I checked out at the mrg 11am and my flight is at 8 and they allowed to keep my bag at front seat and then I roamed the city few attractions later I had waited for my cab over there for 2hrs and they didn’t asked a word to leave so kind hearted

Stayed for a few hours in between flights, other than the equipped kitchen, nothing else appealed to us Damp mouldy room, no window, no lift, location is at-least 10-15 mins away from the BTS metro station, the booking.com map location is totally off.

I really love the location as it is walking distance to Ratchatewi station, one bus ride to Platinum mall and if you love walking you can try to walk from the hostel to Platinum mall and nearby shops life December, Tofu, 100baht and many more. No elevator, if your room will be in the 4th floor and you have lot of stuffs it is quiet tiresome to lift up and down.

I had a great stay at COZ Ratchathewi. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The housekeeping staff kept everything fresh and tidy, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. I also liked the spacious kitchen area: it’s not equipped with cooking appliances, but it's a nice open space to sit, eat, or relax. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience! Everything else was great.

No air conditioning in the building except in bedrooms (which the cleaners will turn off if no one is in the room). The only place to find reliable air conditioning is in reception where the manager is located The area isn’t a good area. They are completely large roadworks in front of the hostel and lots the shops around the hostel are closed. It appears they are extending the rail network which is going to take some time. In a few years when this is done it might be in a good location. The showers were all cold. It’s obvious they are trying to save electricity wherever they can

Generally, the place is very good for this price!) the most things that I liked: - friendly stuff(always smiling and ready to help) - fresh fruits every morning - super fresh and clean sheets and towel? - close to metro station and good restaurant Jasmine - the bathroom is clean, but shower could be cleaned a bit better? - hot water - you can wash you clothes (washing machine is very good) - polite and safe people in hostel The charger near my bed was not working, it was noisy, because hostel is in-front of busy street, and some places could be cleaned a buy better, iron is better to change as he is living his last days Overall - thank you for good service and amazing hospitality ❤️

Nice and clean hostel, it is on a busy street but inside it is nice and quiet. There is a common dining area and a kitchen, they offer a small/ light breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly and internet good. The area felt more local, right next to the hostel is a street which is full of local restaurants and street vendors. About 15min walking is the red line train station where you can get on the train that takes you directly to the Bankgok Airport. The room was big but totally empty, basically just the beds and thats it. Nothing wrong with that just could maybe use some decoration or a mirror or something on the walls. Had a (psychiatric) hospital kinda vibe.

Horrible Horrible. I stayed in a private double room. The room had a strong musty smell because there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the only window was a tiny one facing directly onto the outdoor units of the air conditioners. Clearly, no one had ever opened it. As a result, there was nowhere for the moisture from the bathroom to go. A swarm of ants was running across the floor. When the air conditioner was on, the noise in both the room and the bathroom was so loud it felt like my ears were about to pop. I stayed for just one night out of four and left for another hotel in the morning because staying here was simply unbearable. I contacted Booking.com support, and they forwarded my complaint to the hostel, but the hostel just ignored it.

Nice location The dryer was broken but it didn't have a sign or anything, and the showers weren't the cleanest.
