The location and the room size and design No iron for clothes and requesting extra pillow has charged. 2 free pillows only for two persons which is not enough

The AC was functional, staff were friendly, room size was fine, bottled water provided in mini-fridge. There was no soap provided. The walls were super thin and we could hear every noise next door and in the hallway. Even though we booked a family room, they placed us next door to a large group of girls who partied, shrieked, cackled and screamed until I finally knocked on their door at midnight to beg them to be quiet. Bed was hard, pillows were flat, only 1 electrical outlet in the room so we couldn't charge more than 1 phone at a time. No outlets near the bathroom mirror so I dried my hair using the tiny mirror in my makeup kit. Would not stay here again, but may be a good fit for budget travelers who are OK with hostel vibes.

the nature .... it feels like you stay in jungle nothing

A simple wonderland inside the city. Can't think of.

Their Geyser does not work properly, at least in my room. Also, they do not have staff to help with the luggage while checking in or checking out.

The hotel grounds have a lovely decorated garden. It is to far from a train station, 25 minute walk to the nearest. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it felt like there was no mattress. They didn’t offer any hand soap in the bathroom.

The garden and the dog, and the ease to buy cheap food Just the garden

Very clean spaces and the sounds of nature were beautiful. The area has lots of restaurants and shops. Staff is super friendly and nice — I don't understand what the other reviws about the staff were about. Nothing.

I always book this hotel for my mom when she needs to go to Bangkok. She really likes it!

This hotel presents itself well, with a lavish foyer/reception area, and restaurant/coffee shop with charming landscaped waterway. Stayed for two nights in standard double room. The tariiff was about $55 AUD per day. Perhaps a little on the high side for what is essentially a 3 star level accommodation? (no gym or pool). The king sized bed is actually two singles cobbled together, and was perhaps a little on the hard side for my liking. Bedside powerpoints with USB sockets were available but contacts were loose, making recharging unreliable. There were no integrated lighting controls, so need to access main switches near door. However there were two bedside lights but these didn't work. There were no bedside tables or cabinets so need to place devices on the bed itself. A small balcony offered a view and an opportunity to dry clothes (or smoke). There was a lounge chair, a wooden desk with office chair. Other furnishings included built in wardrobe/ cabinets which supplied plenty of storage space The bathroom is modern looking and functional with wet/dry separation- the shower section has a sliding door and the toilet a separate door. Hot water comes online quickly and the pressure is strong. The air-conditioning works well enough and WiFi signal is secure and steady. The lack of bedside lighting controls and dysfunctional sockets, lack of bedside storage a minor problem/ inconvenience. Restaurant/coffee shop is comfortable and stylish,, but perhaps a little pricey?.- strawberry smoothie 149THB, cappuccino + Western breakfast 250 THB.

Big bed. Comfortable for 4 of us. The staff is very helpful when we order online taxi. The location is not very visible from the main road. Far from oublic transportation. And i guess it surrounded by trafdic jam, because everytime we request Grab taxi, it needs more than 20 minutes to arrive because of traffic jam.

The hotelroom looked clean and new. The taxi booked for early morning did not come on time, and needed to wait for 12 minutes. The location is marginal and difficult to find. There are no restaurants or stores near the hotel.

Nice location, great gardens and comfortable rooms.

Located within a residential area gives you the opportunity to experience the local life away from the tourist areas of Bangkok. There is a street market within walking distance from the hotel where you can indulge yourself in the local food and tasty thai iced tea. The Phaya Thai BTS station is the closest station and makes it ideal when arriving to Thailand to catch the Airport Rail Link. The station is a 15 to 20 minutes walking distance but do not recommend wheeling any heavy luggage through the alleyways. The property itself has lush greenery with a small pond. Cafe and restaurant is available at the hotel but I would still recommend hitting the street market to experience street food and save some money in the process. The rooms were clean and tidy with clean linen. The staff at the time of check-in could have been more welcoming especially as Thailand is the 'Land of Smiles'. However, after interacting with the staff and making friends with Trofu (the hotel dog), they all warmed up to us. The walls and ceiling unfortunately are not sound proof and could hear the noises coming from other rooms as well as the corridor.

Good location Perfect atmosphere Helpfull staff Koi waterfall is refreshing The only thing I didn't like was that i booked a double bed and they gave me a twin bed connected it kept splitting during the night.

The location is quite isolated. would be good to put a big signage on the road, the current one is too small. Meal times esp breakfast should start at 6am instead of 7am

The gardens were beautiful. There were waterfalls flowing down into fish ponds full of coy fish The location wasn’t close to anything. It seemed to be a rough area with some suspect looking people around. The rooms had recently been renovated but unfortunately any character they may have had has been removed. It felt like a hospital room. The bed was rock hard and had no bed head or side tables so it kept moving around. There was a big gap between the two single mattresses that had been pushed together to make a king bed. There were no amenities eg soap and no hand towels. When the room was made up, the wet bath mat wasn’t replaced, neither were the dirty coffee cups/spoons. The staff seemed completely disinterested in guests and were more interested in talking to each other. There was no insulation between rooms so we could hear conversations/music in other rooms as well as every door slam shut from surrounding rooms.
