Everything. The level of comfort was excellent, after a 24 hour travel day walking into a place that feels like home sets the tone for the stay. Hot shower, comfie bed, very clean, top it off with a great breakfast daily. Add to it being centrally located. Pong offered suggestions, arranged our car services, sat with us daily happy to hear about our adventures. Pong’s staff was excellent. N/A

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional hospitality of the manager, Pong. What impressed us most was how spontaneous and genuine she was, always ready to help, offer thoughtful recommendations. Her warm, friendly personality made us feel truly welcome and turned our stay into a memorable experience. In fact, our kids keep saying they want to come back to Thailand because of Pong’s kindness and hospitality! Thank you, Pong, for making our trip so special. We highly recommend this property. Friendly staff, clean. Very convenient to have self-service laundry. Don't use public transport/subway, only Grab taxi.

The place is exceptionally clean and well organized. The breakfast is not very wide in options but totally on point and always delicious, I was in love with Thai dough dessert and a coconut jelly! Coffee is fine too. Pong is amazing host, best I’ve ever met, she is really helpful with planning the exploration of Bangkok. Due to flight delay she waited for me to come to the hotel almost till midnight! Nothing to say. You should keep in mind that this place has quiet policy and it is mostly silent all the time, so definitely not a good fit for loud tourists:)

​Our stay at Casa Luna was absolutely perfect! Pong is super sweet and explained everything so well; her passion for her work truly shows in the wonderful way she takes care of her guests. ​Breakfast: A decent spread that is well-cooked. It’s mostly the same every day with minor changes, but everything is delicious. Room: Since we were a family of four, we stayed in room R32. It was a great size with 4 single beds, the AC was effective, and the bathroom was stocked with wonderful, great-smelling shampoo and body wash. Good water pressure. The water temperature needs to be adjusted by the geyser below the sink. ​One thing that really stands out is how pristine the entire property is kept—shoes are not allowed inside, which keeps everything incredibly clean. ​Location & Logistics: The property is close to MBK, Siam Paragon, and Pratunam Fashion Mall. However, because of ongoing MRT construction, taking a car can be a real hassle due to traffic. It’s best to just walk—MBK is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. ​Overall, Casa Luna is a lovely little gem hidden away on a quiet street. We would absolutely come back and stay here again anytime! The location is very hard to reach by taxis and usually the driver can not access it easily. But, all that will be forgotten because the hotel is clean, have a unique style, and friendly staff

The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast options changed slightly every morning so we didn't get bored of the food. It was within a 15 minute walk of the BTS If you have mobility issues I would want you to know there are only stairs and no rooms on the first floor.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities where you can do your laundry. Really clean hotel and rooms. Comfy and quiet where we rested before our 22 hour journey back home. With friendly staff members. Excellent place :)!

The property was close enough to walk to everything we wanted, and to the train stations. The staff were amazing (thank you Phong!) and took care of us. Breakfasts were delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Amazing value for the service and accommodation we received. I would happily come back!

Clean, comfortable, ok breakfast. Location is not good at all. Not near any area of interest in Bangkok. The avenue outside its very congested.
