Excellent location and incredible staff! From housekeeping to the ladies in the dining room to the doorman to the receptionist and lobby personnel -everyone was pleasant and kind and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home! We have stayed at this hostel twice now, and I cannot imagine staying at another hotel in Bangkok. Excellent service from wonderful people! Pim in the lobby is especially lovely, and her English is great! She took such good care of me and my young daughter. She gave us priceless tips and advice, making sure we were easily able to navigate and explore the city. I don’t know what we would have done without her! She even surprised my daughter by making elephants out of our bath linens and putting flower petals in our room upon our returning for a second stay! The rooftop pool is amazing and is very clean. The breakfast is wonderful. The location is excellent. All that said, it is truly the staff who make this place the only place I will ever stay in Bangkok! The rooms are on the small side, but they are cozy!

The hotel is close to major tourist places, which is great if you want to take Grab, because they are cheap. The room I got was big, so if you are staying a couple of day is great because you dont feel claustrophobic. The laundry service is good and cheap. The staff was extremely rude, IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES DO NOT BUY THEIR BREAKFAST. I have food allergies and when i asked the staff to be sure not to eat what I cant, they simply laughed at me and did not give me an answer. Same happened when I asked on the reception for a list. The hotel soundings didnt seem safe. A lot of construction around, and full of cable at a very low level. The pool view is terrible, and the pool was very dirty, and water extremely hot, definitely not like the pictures they advertise. The first day I got there late at night, and I wanted to take a shower, and when I open a towel it had hairs stuck to it. The hotel only has AC in the reception and in the rooms, the breakfast room, the hallways and elevator have no AC.

What I like the most is the free snacks at the lobby. It was really a good thing especially for the guests that will arrive from a long flight.

The hotel is very nice, the room and the bathroom are modern and clean. Bed very confortable and pillows as well ! Very good price for the taxi from the hotel to the airport offered by the hotel I couldn’t late check out and shower before my flight unfortunately

The location is amazing, near khaosan road but still have some distance so it's perfect for Songkran, the staff is helpful, the pool is very nice with a good view as well It's not really what I don't like but it's where I see they can improve,, they can improve the pool bar by adding beer drafts and some snacks would be really amazing

The staff were pleasant . Accommodation was was very poor- noisy road works right outside the door- so as you can see from the use of my APP we actually moved a day earlier to another hotel on Booking.com as we were to female friends travelling together and didn't feel safe to go out for evening meals also road works were very noisy, and air con was not working very well.

Not far from the Emerald Budd’s and kohsan Road 15 minute walk to the water ferry Unfortunately, the road outside the hotel was under construction with barricades going for several blocks in every direction and most of the shops around the hotel were closed There is No mass transit to the hotel area
