We like this hotel we stayed there a few times, the location is good and it has a nice pool and a play room for the kids so it is convenient Previous time the rooms were good and clean, good standard. This time we got an old small room (though we booked a triple room) and it wasn’t clean the shower was very small

The pool was perfect. Easy to have guests visit they simply need check in at the front desk. Would be nice to be able to smoke by the pool but the smoking area is lovely. Staff was very accommodating. They even went into cafe after hours to get me a plate and spoon to be able to heat up and eat my food. Washer and Dryers are top of the line. Location is near a lovely temple. We liked it so much here that we extended our stay by 3 days and plan on going back later in the month when we are in Bangkok again The cafe is very limited on what they offer and the hours are quite short. Breakfast ends too early. Breakfast should go until 11am. I wish the rooms had a microwave or cooktop or something to make it more like an apartment. With that said, they do have a microwave on first level near the security desk

Pleasant enough was only there for three nights ,so it served it’s purpose

The pool was the best we experienced in Thailand. Small but long enough for a real swim. Staff very professional and provided pool towels. Breakfast buffet super. We had a nice surprise to find that there was a group of acrobats practicing on the street...this was a highlight of our trip. There was no place to hang towels. Minor and easily fixable.

may get a bit noisy from the street..... although that is hard to avoid in BKK

the hotel is actually perfect for a stay, it is located 10/15 minutes to popular Khao San road but tucked in a very quiet and local area so that you can still rest in peace and quiet. The staff is very kind and the hotel has everything you need, pool is really nice and clean, a bit small area so arrive early if you want to have a seat or bed. Breakfast options were plentiful and all in all everything is clean and smooth. The bathroom is a bit small and not recently renovated but its totally fine for a short stay, smells fine and is clean.

Cute little hotel, nice foyer area and it was a good pool area for a little dip after a day out exploring. Clean comfortable room. Staff were really nice and friendly. Great value for money especially during peak season We found the location not ideal, the hotel is in a dense residential area and next to a school. Good if you want a local experience, 5/10 minute walk to a small area of shops and restaurants so not bad at all but we would prefer somewhere more central/with views.

Breakfast was great for the price Location is horrible, even taxi drivers wouldn't pick us from there. Very noisy and bad neighborhood with a local store owners drinking and singing karaoke 3 nights straight until 2 am.

Probably even if i had gotten a even higher cost hotel, it wouldn't have matched the vibe of this one. Most decent staff and surprising persistently good decent guests. Very friendly and elite enviormental.

The free breakfast The nearby temple loud religious sounds in the morning. It is very annoying and affected our sleep quality. I hope to restrict the sounds to be heard only inside the temples and prevent them from annoying people.

Its surroundings offer a sense of calm and comfort, which is perfect when you’re feeling tired from walking or traveling. Another advantage is that it’s located near a 7-Eleven store, which is very convenient for tourists who may need to buy food, drinks, or other essentials at any time. After a long day of adventure, the location provides the rest and accessibility you need to recharge for the next day. What I didn’t like was that the belongings of nearby residents were scattered across the street, which sometimes made it difficult for cabs to pass through.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. The road can be a little noisy at night, as locals often sit outside to socialize. Booking, check-in, and check-out all went smoothly and overall service was excellent. The rooms are a bit outdated, the beds were quite firm for our liking and the water pressure could be better. However, everything was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. You can choose daily room service and complimentary bottled water is provided each day. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of fresh options. The gym is small but functional and the pool is nice and refreshing, with free pool towels available. There are also washers and dryers on-site for a small fee, which is very convenient.

It is the second time we came on this hotel. It is a very good value. The rooms are big and comfy. The breaksfast is good with different kind of food. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the restaurants and shopping street. Around 20 minutes walk from the water bus stop so very convenient to visit some temple and shopping mall. The staff is very helpful and very kind. They even make us a "take away" breakfast as our train was very early.
