The breakfast selection was excellent, with an even mix of native Thai and western breakfast foods. I especially liked their egg fried rice, best I've had in Bangkok so far. The wifi is strong, and the bathrooms are clean, though the layout is a bit unusual (toilet and sink is separate from the shower, but the shower is right in front of the closet). I couldn't find Mezz Cafe, which the signs at the hotel said was at the third floor near the convention center. I would have loved to try their coffee and pastries.

First, the rooms, I'm shocked, super comfy. It felt absolutely increidble sleeping in an icey cold room with two beds and thick soundproof walls. There aren't many hotels in Sukhumvit rated 5 star that have soundproof rooms unless you're paying 6k plus a night. So the rooms were awesome. The food and berage staff AT NIGHT were awesome, too, in the restaurant. The location near the government center makes it so pleasant during the sweltering heat months because i didn't have to stand outside at 330am for a queue at immigration, I woke up at 520 and walked there. So the location is increidble, just unfortunate it's in the government area, but great for immigration, lol. I think the food in the restaurant was overpriced for sure for what I was given. But that's ok, it happens. The most disappointing were the despicable check in staff. Two men until 1pm just two days ago, then the horrific female that was completely rude, gave me a card and said nothing else. Just trash. The check out staff was totally different and super nice, but wednesday evening had pathetic staff at check in. Food and Beverage in the morning had a very disgruntled Thai Tomboy walking around with the most unfriendly face ever. Awful. Chinese guy working was great though.

Front desk staff told us breakfast started at 6:00. But when we got there at 6:20, restaurant staff said it didn’t start until 6:30. There were a few other (very minor) issues that showed staff need more training and communication with each other.

Breakfast was good for the Thai/Asian options, but just the usual frankfurter and cold ham in water for the western option. Nice coffee machines though. Checked in and went all the up to the 8th floor only to find the key card didn't work. Had to go back to reception who were entirely unapologetic and just issued the correct card. No offer of assistance with bags (I was with my young son). In the room there is no information about how to work the TV or what channels or other viewing options are available. Also, no guidance for the air con which we ended up having to turn off as it was impossible to turn down.

i can say only wifi is the working around the hotel. Not upto 4 star standed. All day same menu in buffet. Location neighbourhood is nothing, even no any shop to eat out. Not even provided a soap to room. staff doesn't speak english.

The hotel is in a quiet area and in a government complex. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is great and kind. This is a conference hotel. It is far from a supermarket and shopping centers. The area is very safe and quiet. You must have an attached car to get around from the hotel. The rooms need renovation. The insulation is not good. You hear noises from the corridor.There is no pool in the hotel and it is not suitable for families
