Our family loved Centara Watergate! The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and they even have a pillow menu. All our requests were granted, like connecting rooms and extra waters, extra blankets.. There's bidet in the bathroom and water is strong. Complete with towels and toiletries. Location is good too, 9/10. nothing too bad, except for some noisy guests beside or near our room.

It is basically the room with no other facility like I expected from “Centara”. For fair comparison, I would have gotten similar room in other hotels with much cheaper price.

Excellent rooms and breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices. Very easy to go from BKK airport. Metro and no transfers. Amazing and tasty Breakfast

Great location with many restaurants, malls and different train stations nearby. We also appreciated the early check-in and the in-room dining options. We wished that the hotel offered different bottles for conditioner and shampoo.

The best eggs Benedict I've had in my life with a great sauce and brioche! Highly recommended! Walked to BigC and to Central world undercover out of the sun 3 road crossing for shopping. Great!!! Bangkok traffic and roadworks- not in the hotels control!

The location is between airport rail and platinum mall. Room size is good, non carpeted floor. Overall is clean but when I just entered, I did see an insert and cleaned up myself. A pity there is not much shopping in the mall underneath the hotel. The mall under Berkeley hotel beside is also nothing worthy to visit.
