Overall a good experience, nice staff, clean, cafe at the entrance of the building. My room was quite dark, not much natural light. The elevator would see directly in the room if the curtain remaines open. Low structure in the common area, bumped my head.

Convenient location and lovely staff!

Cool design, location close to food market and a swing jazz bar, quite a big bed and big towels. My room had an external window, but my brother's room had a window to stairs. The lighting was very limited (not enough for make-up). Also the access to the toilet is a bit strange (through the shower so you always get your feet wet).

Elevator is very slow.

The Cleaning policy with the cards was confusing as it wasn't explained at first, that got solved quickly with asking the VERY FRIENDLY Staff.

Bed bugs. Hotel didn't provide refund.

The location was very close to the Solon market so you can buy fruits and have cheap meals A bit of a walk to Ching Nonsi station but there is a bus that can take you to Central World which only costs 15 baht

Really like the location and the staff. Value for money on getting small hotel room to yourself is also nice without having to go to a hostel for the same sort of value. Although I knew the room was windowless, I didn't like it but you have to make some compromises considering the price. I would still recommend it.

The street and the parallel street where the hotel is located are nice with local restaurants. There's a 7-Eleven right across the road from the hotel which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable. Nice rooftop Although the location is highly praised in the reviews, we didn’t find the area to be the best. There were no pedestrian-friendly streets or a cozy local atmosphere. Most walks were along a busy main road. The receptionist recommended going for drinks and dinner at the nearby Patpong night market, but we found the area to have an aggressive atmosphere, with many strip bars and adult entertainment venues. We have stayed in much nicer areas in Bangkok.

The property is located away from the noise of the city. Staff are very accommodating. Cleanliness of property is also noticeably. The drinking water dispensing unit in the common area doesn’t dispense hot water.

location was great its in soi 20, which makes it far enough from the busy streets like soi 2 and 4, but still quite accessible. value is good, price is quite reasonable. theres a nearby 7/11 and has its own coffee shop. room size is good for 1 . front desk staff were helpful . cleaning was very confusing. the default is NO cleaning. when i asked for the room to be cleaned, the staff insisted No cleaning. im not sure its language barrier but i was clear about requesting for cleaning later since i was still in the room , but then the person cleaning insisted NO cleaning. i never had my room cleaned all 3 days The room has a weird floor plan where the shower doesn have walls, only curtains.

Great easy central location near a small night market- perfect for our night out in Bangkok- room was clean and ac worked great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and the bedding is very comfortable. If you want to do your workout there is good parc with outdoor équipement near Pepsi pear. The only downside was that the fridge was a bit noisy at night for me and not all rooms with window are very bright.

For 2 years, that I did not visit that hotel, it fall into disrepair. I booked a room with a window, but the window directed to the wall inside the hotel and it was very dark, small and uncomfortable. Synthetic towels were disgusting to the touch. In the corridor I saw iron blocks, that were sticking out of the walls. The hotel left me in very sad impression. Never again.

Lovely old character excellent staff a rooftop it’s nice and cool in the evenings kitchen that you can use heat up hot water, cold water eat your dinners air conditioning tables. If you wanna work on some projects a coffee shop inside and at 7:11 a few steps the coffee shop people are so personal and know what you wanna order and even develop menus to your travels!! I have stayed there many times and will continue when I fly into Bangkok to find my longer term situations I’ve been staying since December and I will repeatedly staythere, they areThey are family..
