Location When trying to leave for the airport in the morning a bunch of thugs came to stop us from taking our grab ride, the hotel staff also were asking us to cancel our ride.

it’s in the middle of prathunam in case you want to experience the night markets the room is extremely small and the very small sized window faced a run down building. so no balcony - no views. the bathroom- tub and shower curtain- needs intensive cleaning

The location of this hotel was so nice for my first stay in Thailand. It was close to the night market and always had good food stall options close by. The staff are so friendly and attentive here. The street is a bit narrow near the hotel so transportation to/from the airport felt a bit inconvenient to the locals but manageable nonetheless.

My stay at Citin Pratunam was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The service was completely unacceptable. We pressed the room service button, but no one responded. Housekeeping was also very unprofessional. We left the hotel at 10:00 AM to go shopping and returned at 5:00 PM, and our room still had not been cleaned. It is unacceptable for a hotel to ignore basic housekeeping for the entire day. To make matters worse, one of our towels became slightly dirty from normal use, and we were immediately charged 300 THB for it. I have never experienced a hotel charging for a towel without even attempting to clean it first. It felt unreasonable and unfair. The overall condition of the room was poor and poorly maintained. The service, cleanliness, and management standards were far below what any guest should expect. Everything Was So Bad .. I have many pictures, but Booking.com does not allow me to upload more than 4.

The staff are very nice and location is great along Pratunam area only. It is also safe and comfortable to stay, Every day cleaning and changing towels. Thumbs up to the hotel. I’ll stay again in Citin when I come back ti Bangkok Thailand. Nothing
