The location of the hotel..along that street, alot of hotel and cheaper but this hotel 1 of the cleaner hotel compare to others.. the room spacious..will definately stay here again in future.

Good location. Near the Platinum Mall. 10 min walks to Airport Link Beds was hard to sleep. AC worked from time to time.

Only the area is good for shopping but the streets are too conjusted even to pass a car. Sleepstation building 2 is in narrow street where you have to drag your luggage manually since cars can't go there. There is a sound of hawkers till late night, which can't make you sleep even. Above all, the quality of mattresses is the worst. I paid for 3 nights but checked out after 1 night, lost my payment for two days, and moved to the other hotel.

Very good location, right at Pratunam. Close to many food joints, massage place, and shopping centers Not clean. There was a big cockroach in our room. We had trouble flushing the toilet, I thought it was going to overflow. To be fair, that only happened once. The bathroom didn't have any exhaust. The room is still dirty even after clean-up. I understand that this is a budget hotel but the customers paid for a pleasant stay and that includes a clean room.

Sleepstation at Pratunam was a great choice for our stay in Bangkok. What I loved most was the location—it’s right in the Pratunam area, which made everything super convenient. Popular spots like the 100 Baht shops, Platinum Mall, and plenty of restaurants were all within walking distance. There were also money exchange booths and Thai massage shops everywhere, which made daily errands and relaxing so easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help when needed. Our room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable after long days out. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with both hot and cold shower available. I also appreciated that they provided bottled water and were happy to restock it whenever we asked. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Pratunam. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Location, Friendly staff. Noise pollution as expected being in the middle of everything. Curtains, pillows could be cleaner with newer towels.

It's in the middle of everything. Staffs are nice. Every day someone cleans the room. No handtowel, water leaks at the bottom of the shower door which caused the washroom floor to get soaked.
