Great location in a quiet dead end street just 2 blocks from Sukhumvit road.

Location right on Asok train station. One metro stop from makkasan station/airport. With golf bags it made it easier. Staff were great and helpful There was always a sewerage smell in the corridors and came into the rooms. Glass bathroom cubicle didn't provide much privacy

It’s near the train station, it was easy for us to get to places.

Location, room size. Warm but not hot showers. Morning one there was loud construction next door and I had to push for a room change, which they did. Still, the construction noise should have been better managed.

Location, cleanliness It’s tricky to get the elevator to respond when you try to punch the button for it to come (electrical problem I guess), It’s noisy at night but I guess that’s to be expected.

Super comfy bed. Big room. Our rooms were silent. Nice bath. Nice refreshments. In the heart of Sukhumvit/Asok. Easy public transport to anywhere. None. Second time so anything i did not like i already accept. The street is safe but there are some massage shops and if you are single man they may catcall but that's about it :)

Good location near Sukhumvit for shopping, restaurants, nightlife. Room had a weird smell of mold. As soon as I entered the room you can smell it.

The rooms were spacious, with a good layout , especially have the toilet and shower in separate rooms. The bed was large and comfortable, Plenty of storage space for clothes. Good working surface for computer users all was ok so no negative comments

Staff and lobby area are amazing, room is spacious but furniture was a bit run down. Shower has amazing pressure. The room has most ameneties, but slippers are available at the front desk. I booked it for the location and for the amazing coffee shop located in the neighbouring building. The air from the AC was musky, but I managed to survive with it off.

I don't understand the amazing reviews for this hotel. There were a few good things. The location is excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was mostly clean. The price was good. Overall I am disappointed in this hotel. I found it to be dated and a bit worn. However, the worst part was the smell of sewage in our room. it smelled so bad, we asked to change rooms, but they said they were full. They left us a spray can of room freshener which didn't help much (but at least they tried). Also, our air conditioner kept turning off during the night, then turned back on but blew warmer air. We had to get up a couple times to re adjust it. A technician was sent and the second night was better, but it was still not working correctly. This made the smell issue worse because the room was stagnant. It needs to be replaced. When we were leaving after 2 nights there, I noticed the lobby had the sewage smell as well (and 2 big diffusers to help hide the smell). We were in room 304. Despite the good things, I won't stay there again.

The rooms are modern and clean. Very comfortable and quiet. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. So kind.

The friendly and serviceminded staff, big room and quiet location. There is a small but very good and modern coffeshop in the same building. The room is a bit pricey and lacks a view. The first thing you see when exiting the hotel is a massage parlour with ladies sitting outside. Maybe not a view for a family with children.

Hard to get a better location than this. The Asok MRT and BTS are just steps away, as is Terminal 21 mall with its famous food court. The rooms are fairly comfortable and nicely furnished with modern decor. Everything worked. Seemed clean enough. Attentive staff. Small bathroom and shower in our standard queen room. Strangely, you must push the glass shower door inward to enter the shower leaving little room to enter and exit. It’s a bit noisy due to traffic and bars and restaurants nearby.
