The staff was helpful especially offering me a map that helped me communicate with locals. I loved the location being walking distance to both trains, Terminal 21 Mall, restaurants, in-room massages, etc. Very modern amenities. Also, housekeeping was maintained by young men who were accommodating and nice. Upon arrival at my first room, there were spots on the mirror, chair, and toilet. I immediately informed the manager at the front desk and was given another room up on the 8th floor. I appreciated the swift and better accommodation.

The location was wonderful! Asoke Station is literally two minutes from the property. There are shopping, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Also, the nightlife areas were a short walk away. The pool was good. Although not a massive space, it was fine. My two biggest criticisms were the small fitness center and the breakfast. The fitness center needs to be larger, but the equipment was pretty good. The breakfast was overpriced. There wasn't a wide selection to choose from, which made the value low. Moreover, more attention needs to be paid to the food. My partner's salad had a significant amount of visibly old lettuce.

The room was big and location of the hotel was good, near the Asok Bts and Sukhumvit MRT. The furnitures here were a bit old.

The breakfast was amazing, blew us away… great coffee/espresso options, milk, juices, omelette station, fresh fruits, cereals, pastry’s, some Thai options. Everything you can think of. Location is right next to the train station and to terminal 21 shopping mall. Would say you could hear all the outside traffic all night in the room and all the noise from the rooms around you.

Location is amazing regarding public transport accessibility, vicinity to Terminal 21 mall. We found the staff extremely helpfull and hospitable I find some room of improvement when it comes the varieties of dinks in the pool bar, diversifying the breakfast menu and room service menu.

The key to any success is hospitality, and that's what I noticed at the reception. I've been a regular at this hotel for a long time, and I've noticed a significant change in their exceptional service and incredibly easy and flexible service. They have a manager, I think his name is Kushi, to whom the reception staff referred me for some matters. I didn't expect some issues to be resolved so easily. Truly, the manager and the rest of the reception staff are outstanding. to be honest coffee cups I don’t like it with colors it’s should be white color to enjoy the coffee feel clean

It was a very nice hotel, a nice location and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was very clean as well. Good pool.

Very convenient location, good breakfast and reasonable price. The small gym was being renovated, which I hope will include a spinner bike in the future!
